Title: Nice Lobby and Staff, But Disappointing Room
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel lobby was impressive, with a welcoming ambiance, and the staff were courteous and professional. However, my disappointment began when I entered the room.
The room felt outdated, and the use of an actual key instead of a card key was unexpected in this day and age. Furthermore, the absence of air conditioning made the room uncomfortable, and I had to call maintenance to unlock the window for ventilation, which raised concerns about fire safety compliance.
Additionally, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as I noticed a few hairs on both the bed and sink. Despite these drawbacks, the breakfast buffet was a highlight of my stay, offering a good variety of options.
While the hotel staff were commendable in their professionalism and helpfulness, the overall experience fell short of my expectations. I sincerely hope that the hotel considers updating its facilities and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Regrettably, I do not plan to stay here again.
