Ein traumhaftes Hotel. Liegt hervorragend. Die Transportwege sind perfekt. Ob mit dem Wasser-Taxi oder mit dem Bus einfach ein Traum. Das Personal immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr gepflegt und großzügig angelegt. Viel Platz um sich zu bewegen. Sehr gerne wieder. Rating AAA

Ideale Lage

Dreckige Flure, Müll von Housekeeping liegt 24 Std im Flur, lag ganzen Tag , über Nacht auch, wir gingen um 8 Uhr zum Park, der Müll lag immer noch (s. Fotos) Unser Eingangstür im Zimmer war so dreckig, dass wir gebeten haben sie sauber zu machen, wurde trotzdem nicht gereinigt, Spiegel dreckig, Türgriffe dreckig, Reinigung gabs in 6 Tagen nur 1 Mal. Für sehr viel Geld wirklich schlechtes Service, aber es ist in den USA nach Corona scheinbar allgemein ein Problem Das Zimmer war aber sehr schön und die Lage Top! Wenn man auf die Sauberkeit keinen Wert legt, ist das Hotel sehr gut

The room was wonderful, beds and pillows were heavenly, and I love the location. There was definitely a lack of planning and communication between the hotel and guests as far as a severe lack of parking. We drove off property for dinner and when we returned the parking lot was blocked off. I was told no more parking, I needed to drive over to the Swan hotel, park there and take an 8-10 minute walk back to our resort. They were not opening the second, near empty guest lot at the Dolphin for hotel guests who are required to pay to park overnight. I was told it was because they needed the other lot to begin tent construction for an event. Not sure why they couldn’t have put day guests in that lot since they would have been gone by night time, thus leaving parking spaces for hotel overnight guests in the other lot. After talking with the concierge desk and being told I was about the 5th person to bring the same concern to them, they credited the parking fee back to my folio. They did the right thing in the end but it was still a huge inconvenience and there was very poor planning and a huge lack of communication with guests. Had I known about the parking issue I would have given them more of my money and eaten dinner at the hotel.

The hotel is obviously safe. The resort feed and parking fee are out of this world. Expensive! Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired… very slow on requests and they did not disclose everything. Quite disappointed!!!

This was our second stay at this resort. Unfortunately it just did not seem like they were at the top of their game this time. We had purchased lightening lane passes for a ride over at Epcot. We were not sure what transportation was available to get us there so we asked, and were assured there was a bus. So we waited a while, no bus. We asked someone else and were advised there was no bus. We missed our ride window, basically wasting our money. I went up to guest services this morning just to ask for directions. That was the only place with staff. Before I could even say anything, I was very rudely advised they were not open, even though there were two people standing at the desk. Finally, we used the valet service for our car. Once again we asked someone where to go to get our car brought around. We were given directions, which we followed. Once we got there we were advised that the valet station was somewhere else for the weekend, meaning we basically had to walk back to where we started. We understand this was a race weekend at Disney, so things were shifted around a little, but the staff members should have been aware and able to answer questions correctly. I’m not sure we will be back.

Great location to walk to Epcot! Food on the premises was perfect too! Rooms were clean and spacious.
