Aloha Mayara,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Waikiki and Honolulu are large, cosmopolitan areas that attract visitors from all over the world. Sometimes these visitors choose to stay on island and eventually find themselves living on the streets that surround hotel properties. Individual hotels cannot and should not be held responsible for such societal realities. Instead, visitors can file their feedback with the Hawaii Convention and Visitors Bureau and/or the Hawaii Tourism Authority. Our hotel, which is just a short block from the best part of Waikiki Beach, is a clean and comfortable respite for guests on the go. We have an amazing team that exemplifies authentic Aloha spirit, and we have a wide range of convenient amenities to help guests feel welcomed and appreciated. We hope that during your time in Waikiki, you were able to experience these positives. So many of our valued guests do, which makes them want to return to the islands again and again. Wishing you happy and safe travels moving forward!
