GOOD QUALITY 5 STARS HOTEL 22 KM FROM TABA BORDER

DURING OUR STAY THE HOTEL WAS NEARLY EMPTY(5-7% OCCUPANCY) SO THERE WERE NO QUEUES,QUICK,FRIENDLY EFFICIENT SERVICE.NOTHING TO COMPLAIN,GOOD QUALITY 5 STARS HOTEL

Alles ändert sich in Taba Heights, nur Sofitel ble

Durch Hotel.com vom Miramar (früher Hyatt Regency) umgebucht auf Sofitel ohne kostenfolge für mich. Hotel halb leer, einziger Westeuropäer. Freundliches Personal. Ich wollte Golf spielen wie schon bei vorherigen Aufenthalten und musste an Ort feststellen, dass katastrophale Ueberschwemmungen die Löcher 1-9 total mit Schutt und Geröll zugedeckt haben; Löcher 10-18 waren gut.

Good hotel

We got a great room which was very comfortable, could have been cleaner, the food was very mild.all in all we had alot of fun.

Very disappointing service and food

We arrived at the hotel after 4 days in one of the camps along the shores of Bir Swer. The hotel is very beautiful and clean, spacious rooms. The problem was with the lunches and dinners, we always arrived about an hour before closing, a very poor selection of vegetables and cheeses. Main courses are full of oil and not tasty at all. The pasta preparation stations closed an hour before time. I complained to the receptionist Andrew, but no response, no suggestion for improvement. During the stay there were 5 of us who ate only bread and feta cheese and the children ate chips. Very disappointing and not worth the nightly cost we paid

הצוות מאוד ידידותי והמלון מאוד מרווח, והחדרים גדולים. ארוחת הבוקר מאוד עשירה וטעימה, אבל ארוחות הצהריים והערב מאוד לא טעימות, רמת האוכל ירודה, הקינוחים לא טעימים, די מאכזב.

Deceivers and Inconsiderate

One of the worst hotel which deceives it customers by wrongly showing their location. Also, does not bother to answer phone calls. STAY AWAY. Don't book this hotel.
