It's close to the airport if you arrive late. They were also able to deal with my check-in after midnight due to a delayed flight. There was no hairdryer in the room. When I asked for hot water at the breakfast, it took forever, so I left and used the microwave in the room instead. In the room, they had a kitchen facility, but no pots or dishes to be used.

Vergammeltes hotelzimmer

Zimmer sind I einem desolatem Zustand , der Gestank im Zimmer war kaum auszuhalten

Kein Shuttle zum Airport

Lage: Direkt an einem Tanger Factory Outlet, nähe Flughafen, aber ohne Shuttle.
Erstes Zimmer roch unangenehm. Das Zweite war dann gut. Leider gibt es trotzt Airportnähe keinen Shuttleservice. Ein Shuttle von Airport bei Nacht kostete 22 USD. Wir hätten also auch ein anderes Hotel nehmen können. Zumal wir planten, am nächsten Tag von Hotel mit dem Shuttle zurück zum Airport zu fahren, um dort einen Mietwagen-(shuttle) zu erreichen.

The room was much smaller than the photos look, kitchen cabinets were peeling, floors were dirty, room was damp, smelled like moth balls, bugs in the bathroom, no turn over service if you stayed less than a week.

We are truly sorry for the cleanliness issue you experienced in your room and regret the inconvenience it caused. Our housekeeping staff takes pride in what they do daily and we also have processes in place to double check each room prior to occupancy by the next guest. We fell short in our processes and are reviewing them so that this does not happen again. Also, know, our pest control provider has serviced the hotel, and we are working to ensure procedures are being followed to prevent future infestation. Didn't like all the rocks between side walks and parking area, could be dangerous. Didn't like having to ask for kitchen utensils and sink stopper. Room dirty upon arrival. Didnt like being moved to a handicapped room instead. Some staff very helpful.

My stay there was great! real good unit, service and clean!! and was very convenient and close to where i was going in Charleston S C.
