Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite MitarbeiterInnen, flexibel und mehrsprachig, tolles Frühstück, herzliche Atmosphäre, Appartements klimatisiert, gute Fenster (kein Strassenlärm), ruhig, gemütlicher Garten, kostenlos Wasser, alles hat bestens geklappt, Kommuikation via WhatsApp.

Ich habe meiner Freundin eine Wochendreise nach Nizza zum Geburtstag geschenkt. Als ich das Hotel darüber informiert habe, hat man alles menschenmögliche getan um uns einen ganz besonderen Aufenthalt zu bieten. Es gab ein Geburtstagsfrühstück, Ballons, eine Karte und vieles mehr! Selbst Restaurentbuchungen wurden für uns übernommen! Wirklich einzigartiger Service. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut! Täglich gibt es frisches Brot und Croissants, Käse aus der Region und frisches Obst! Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr gut!

Die Wohnung ist super zentral gelegen, und hat alles was man braucht für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Personal am Empfang ist unheimlich nett und freundlich und hat schon vorab auf jegliche Fragen meinerseits per Mail Das einzige, das ich schade fand, ist, dass der Aufenthaltsraum so früh am Abend geschlossen hat. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen.

Charmant, sauber, zentral mit guter Preis-Leistung
Es war eine tolle Kommunikation mit dem Hotel vorab und wir haben uns sehr gut aufgenommen gefühlt, obwohl wir erst 23:30 gelandet waren und alleine ins Hotel gekommen sind. Alles im Hotel ist toll. Lediglich die dünnen und hart zuschlagenden Zimmertüren haben uns beim Rausgehen der anderen Gäste jeden Morgen geweckt. Für Langschläfer also schwierig, ansonsten sehr zentral gelegen, schön und charmant. Wir würden wieder das gleiche Hotel nehmen.

Zentrales Hotel in Altstadt und Strandnähe
Kleines Zimmer mit AC, super freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sauberkeit tip top. Die Lage ist ebenfalls bestes, in 1 minute an der Haupt Einkaufsstraße und in jeweila 10 min am Strand/Altstadt. Einzig die Hellhörigkeit auf den Flur hinaus ist zu bemängeln, dies hat mich regelmässig aus dem Schlaf gerissen.

Ferienappartements - kein Hotel !
Die Appartements sind schön und gepflegt, das Personal im haus sehr freundlich. Allerdings sind einige Annehmlichkeiten nur eingeschränkt nutzbar: Fitnessraum (ziemlich klein), Aufenthaltsraum oder der Zugang zum Garten sind nur bis 19 oder 20 Uhr möglich. Tagsüber waren wir aber unterwegs, abends alles verschlossen. Schade! Frühstück gab es auf Bestellung im Zimmer, ansonsten leider keinerlei Verpflegung. Wenigstens ein Automat mit Getränken und Snacks wäre toll gewesen.

Super sauber und sehr gut gelegen.
Wir hatten ein schönes kleines Studio zum Innenhof und damit trotz zentraler Lage absolut ruhig. Supermarkt mit frischem Brot und allem was man braucht ist direkt nebenan. Lage könnte wirklich nicht besser sein. Wir waren vier Tage dort und am zweiten Tage wurde schon gereinigt und die Badwäsche gewechselt! Französiches Doppelbett (140) war sehr bequem. Übrigens braucht man vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft kein Taxi. Mit Bus-Linie 99, die direkt vorm Terminal abfährt geht es in ca. 15 Minuten zum Gare SnCF in Nizza und von dort sind es noch 600 Meter zu Fuss oder wenn man will kann man auch noch umsteigen in die Linie 30 bis zur Haltestelle Notre Dame direkt vor der Unterkunft (Busfahrt kostet 6,00 Euro/Person)

Tolle Lage, sehr guter Service
Monique hat uns 2 Tage vor der Ankunft via Mail kontaktiert und angefragt, wann wir ankommen würden. Bei Ankunft hat alles sehr gut geklappt, selbst der Garagenplatz im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus war reserviert. Das Zimmer hatte zwei Räume war neu gemacht, tolle neue Einbauküche und für französisch Verhältnisse sehr sauber. Das Eine oder Andere Möbelstück ist schon etwas älter aber immer noch ok. Die Betten waren neu und sauber. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut, ca. 3 Gehminuten zum Einkaufszentrum Nicetoile und zur nächsten Tramstation. In die Altstadt und an den Strand sind es 10 bis 15 Minuten Fussmarsch.

Vom Hotel aus ist Vieles fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Strassenbahnhaltestelle befindet sich ganz in der Nähe. Insofern hat man einen guten Standort für Unternehmungen. Die Ausstattung ist eher einfach aber sauber und es ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. In Anbetracht der gehobenen Preise in Nizza ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung

A superb aparthotel. The staff here really are second to none and will go out of their way to do whatever it is you need them to do. Great location, quiet, well furnished and loads of supplies (they gave us a cot, baby bath, baby towels, high chair, plus all the usuals). Don’t hesitate in booking!

What a great bunch of staff at the property, who could not be faulted. Corina was a legend and made breakfast time such a great ( and filling) experience and went beyond what was expected in booking taxis, transfers and general advice on tourist trips. The breakfast is amazing and made fresh each morning with fresh bread and croissants from a local award winning patisserie. Property is in great location and is a nice traditional building with easy walk to the main areas of Nice and transport network. Rooms and amenities were good and handy with fridge, cooktop ( we didn’t use) and dishwasher. One thing to note is the bathrooms are old which is expected due to age of building and the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable for our daughter but other than. Those couple of items we couldn’t fault the hotel & experience

Short stay in Nice, visit to Monaco.
This was amazing. Very close to the train station and only a 15 min walk into old town Nice. We loved it. The building is delightful and the breakfast incredible, served in the garden. Really fabulous and helpful people. We would definitely return and thoroughly recommend.

Excellent stay, with a huge full service room. The check-in was all automatic, easy to get in, and our room was huge in euro standards. Kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast was great, and the game room downstairs was good to relax in. Not a far walk to lots of shopping and stores close by.

Fantastisk hotel
Vi er en familie på 5 som har rejst mange forskellige steder i verden. Men dette hotel slår alt hvad vi tidligere har prøvet. Så venligt personale, fantastisk morgenmad og lækker lejlighed hvor der simpelthen var alt i udstyr. Personalet var meget opsøgende i forhold til om man manglede noget og om alt var okay. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen. En oplevelse udover det sædvanlige. Tusind tak til Lamartine for nogle fantastiske dage.

Magnifique!!
We stayed here for 10 nights. It's a lovely quaint place with cozy but beautiful backyards where you could have nice breakfasts at reasonable cost. Rooms are spacious, clean and quiet. My room was well equipped with all the amenities and cooking facilities. The staff are super friendly and genuinely caring. They really made sure I got everything I needed. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come back if we swing by this region in the future. I have nothing but praises for this place and I am confident that you won't be disappointed for choosing to stay here.

We had few Concerns the first day, the team handled it in a nice way. the team is very attentive and try to help with all your needs. the location is centered and very convenient very close to supermarkets, restaurants, train station, tram, old nice..... the parking next door ( its not owned by the hotel)it's extremely expensive around 40 euro per night.

Wonderful stay with lots of fun!!
It was the first time we came to Nice and stayed at this wonderful residence. Ainoa and Julian went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as expected. Ainoa was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to giving tips and advices about the city and other things to do around town. She took time to answer all our questions and concerns and created an nice itinerary for our stay. We cannot thank her enough for her assistance and hospitality. The residence itself is very nice, spacious, clean, and central. It's convenience for our family with all the amenities needed. We will definitely come back to this place in the future!
