Parking is an issue everywhere in NYC and this hotel is no exception. Valet without in and out privileges is $35 a day. Street parking takes forever to find and an open spot is usually a block or two away. Hotel is great, staff are very friendly, the place feels brand new and the free breakfast is good though the dining area is very small and gets very crowded. Laundry room is great though instead of coins ($4 wash, $2 dry) the machines should take credit card. There is construction right across the street, i think another hotel or office building. Construction starts at 6am and is very loud so don't stay here if you're planning to sleep in, at least not until the work is done or Friday to Sunday stays. Overall a lovely hotel staffed by great people with some flaws that can be overlooked. Will stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property primarily because of the staff. They were so helpful and friendly. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but it is a short walk to the subway.
