Very nice hotel in Soho. Great place to visit New York. Subway everywhere. As the building is not entirely at the street, was very quiet. Very clean, great food and very nice personal always keen to help. We will come again. Highly appreciated our stay there. Thank you Nomo Soho.

Lage war für uns ideal, nahe Canal St Subway und Village relativ neues Hotel und darum auch in gutem Zustand King Bett Suite im 21. Stock ist für NY-Verhältnisse extrem gross, super Aussicht - Ein wenig Gastfreundlichkeit würde sehr gut tun - auch bei der Einrichtung wäre ein bisschen Herzblut Gold wert - ammenities von 40$ pro Nacht sind ein Witz

Das Hotel liegt in Soho perfekt, sodass alles zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Bedauerlich bekamen wir keine Unterstützung was unser Baby betraf, obwohl wir 5 Tage im Hotel waren, wurde weder ein Babybett noch ein weiteres Angebot angesprochen. Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig, sodass die am Wochenende stattgefunden "Partys" auf den Nachbarzimmern deutlich mitzuerleben sind. Die Porter in der Lobby verdienen ein besonderes Dankeschön.

Reduced service without explaination
Both Hotels.com and the Hotel´s own website mentioned Breakfast options, though there are infact none. This is something only mentioned when we asked at reception. The local options are also limited and often open quite late, making this not suitable for a business stay. Also charged without explaination for incidentials (also there is no minibar) 1200€ and then by mistake an addition 645€ during the night. Checkin provide no information to the charges with were more than the stay. Rooms are quite small compared to other options in NYC.

Pésimo fui al restaurante del hotel me dieron una sopa de papa podrida y un pollo crudo las bebidas nunca llegaron y la señora encargada no quiso hacer válida mi promoción que me dio expedía luego a las 2 de la mañana la Alarma de incendios se activó y tuve que bajar con mi esposa 24 pisos por las escaleras y al bajar nos dicen que es una fuga de agua que afectó la alarma y por eso sonó pedí devolución de esa noche por el problema y no les importó y aparte nos hicieron volver a subir por las escaleras otra ves los 24 pisos mi estadía fue pésima no lo recomiendo

This was my third stay here. I really like it. It is in a fantastic location and I love the scent in the lobby. It is always an enjoyable experience. My only feedback would be for the lobby bathrooms to be cleaned more frequently throughout the day. The few times I used them, they were dirty. I look forward to visiting again soon!

This company is scamming people. They charge a “smoking fee” that’s 500 dollars. They claimed we smoked the 1st 10 mins of checking in for 1 hour?! I DO NOT SMOKE AT PERIOD! It gives me an a headache. This false claim seems to be a reoccurring issues from multiple guest! The product they used for this smoke detector is called Rest sensor…The establishment had air filters that would beyond old and past due to be changed! Disgusting! Absolutely gorgeous hotel, starting from the archway with plants. And that's not the only instagrammable spot in the hotel! The hotel room is clean and water pressure in the bathroom is very strong - such a great experience in general.

We loved this hotel! It was clean, beautiful, the staff was wonderful and helpful. The breakfast was so good we had it twice while we were there! It was close to shopping for Christmas, we walked all over. The beds were comfortable (wish they had queens but they are tough to find). There's an Ed's Lobster House across the street that was casual and fun and the food was delicious. We ate there the first night we got in, and it was really nice to be able to just walk over after our long flight. Can't say enough good things about this hotel - we loved it!

Do not use a flat iron or hairdryer for an extended time in your room! We were charged a $500 smoking fee because a sensor in the room detected smoke one time at 9:30am one morning. They also charge a hefty amenity fee b/c there’s a gym and water in your room. We did NOT receive water but was charged anyway because we should have “spoken up”

The hotel was OK. The bed was hard and the room was cold. I also wanted to warm up my food that I bought, but they didn’t have a microwave anywhere in the hotel. They sent me to 7-Eleven, which was about five minutes away from the hotel. Which I thought was ridiculous. It’s OK if there is no microwave in the room that’s fine but how you don’t have a microwave in the whole property for your guest.
