This is a newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a private patio on the second floor. 505 sq ft of space! The TV in the living room is equipped with an Amazon Firestick. There is plenty of private parking in the gated lot in the back. Rooftop patio with a great view closes at 11pm. Thanks! PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE HAVE A 30 DAY MINIMUM

## Access

Guests will have free private parking out back with 24 hour security. Along with access to everything in the home. The day of arrival, guests will be provided with a key code for entry.

## Neighborhood

The property is located in one of the newer named neighborhoods called City Heights. It is tucked in between Sylvan Heights and One City, a multi million dollar development. City Heights is also adjacent to FANG and McKissack Park just seconds away from Fisk, TSU and Vanderbilt Univiersity.
This is a urban and fast changing neighborhood where historic Nashville homes stand side by side with new constructions. Like the Gulch or 12 South, this area once empty is quickly redeveloping. It has pedestrian traffic and people with a wide range of income.

## Transit

The home is centrally located, minutes from the interstate and less than 2 miles to all the popular attractions in Music City. If you're going downtown, I would suggest taking an Uber/Lyft. It's a short $6-8 ride! Save the hassle of finding and paying for parking :)
