Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Sauberes Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer ist allerdings sehr schlecht. Es gibt auch keine Lampe am Bett - was eigentlich Standard ist.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. I am sorry you weren't shown how to use the dimmers in the room. There is a dimmer switch next to the light-switch you move up and down to control the lightening in the room. Once again I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We look forward to hopefully seeing you again soon.
Someone from the front desk will be happy to show you how to operate the lights and if you need a bedside lamp and table we will be happy to get that for you as well.

Outdated interior and classic motel atmosphere. Yet in general it was clean and the location is convenient. Good for one night.
The service was fine, but a little too many unasked for sales pitches for venues around from wine tastings to restaurants.

Thank you so much for staying with us. We don't really have a sales pitch for the nearby tastings or restaurants. We just like to offer these discounts to our guests and to inform them that we do have discounts for them. A lot of our guests travel from out of country and don't know what they have planned. If you're uninterested on where to go or if you have already made an itinerary just let us know. We just want to make sure everyone can get a little taste of Napa at a discounted price.

Leider große Mängel bei ansonstem guten Hotel.
Veröffentlicht am 01.04.2019 auf HotelsEs war für mich das erste Hotel, das am Bett weder Licht noch einen Lichtschalter hatte. Die Badezimmertüre konnte nicht geschlossen werden, da das Schloß falsch herum montiert war. Der fehlende Mülleimer wurde nach Nachfrage am nächsten Tag gebracht. Ales andere (Lage, Sauberkeit, ect.) war gut.

I am so sorry you didn't enjoy your stay . We do apologize if there was no trash can in the room. We will look into your issues with the bathroom door. The light fixtures should've worked but we are so sorry if you were having issues with them. Usually we don't get complaints about them. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!! Stay away of this place! The pictures online don’t reflect how is really looks like. The place is flirty, all rusted the smell in the room is terrible. The front desk is rude and it looks nothing like what is shown on Expedia!!! We took pictures of the place and. complained to Expedia they were shocked by the look of the pace! It’s a SCAM! Do yourself a favor and Stay away
