The room was clean, but the couch had some stains whose origins weren‘t clear. The staff was friendly, but communication was sometimes a bit lacking (I was very confused about the room cleaning system which seemed to be different from normal ones & wasn‘t informed about check out time). I think the communication part is a general thing in Japan though. Other than that the hotel was great & I‘d stay there again.
