Ein sehr nettes Hotel, allerdings gehört die Dusche dingend erneuert, alles verkalkt , zudem gab es kein warmes Wasser. Das Personal beim checkin sehr freundlich, beim Service zurückhaltend. Frühstück sehr kontinental. Hotel liegt sehr ruhig sehr bequeme Betten.

Preisleistungswunder nahe JKIA Nairobi und dem Bahnhof
Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und komfortable Zimmer. Insbesondere für die beiden oberen Stockwerke sollte ein Umbau auf Aufzugbetrieb erwogen werden, da das Treppensteigen sehr anstrengend und gefährlich werden kann. Qualität und Preise des Essens überraschen, sowohl lokal, als auch im internationalen Vergleich. Ein Beispiel dafür: Serena BEACH Hotel in Mombasa. Dort wurde mir bei Vollpension über 11 Tage im Jahr 2017 lediglich bei zwei Mahlzeiten ähnlich gutes Essen serviert. Die Kompetenz, Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Flexibilität der Rezeptionistin Mercy Muini habe ich weltweit in jetzt 35 Jahren Reiseaktiviät noch nie erlebt.

Günstige Alternative nahe dem Flughafen
Das Hotel liegt eigentlich perfekt für Geschäftsreisende. Man kann sogar ein wenig den Nationalpark sehen. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Leider haben die Zimmer etwas Renovierung notwendig. Eine permanent tropfende Klimaanlage stört die Nachtruhe. Auch wurde nur unzureichend gereinigt und nichts gegen die Moskitos im Zimmer unternommen. Es gibt ein Moskitonetz nur nutzt es wenig wenn sich die Stechmücken innerhalb aufhalten. Zudem wurde die halbe Nacht in einem Zimmer an Fliesen gearbeitet. An Schlaf ist da fast nicht zu denken.

Gutes Hotel in Flughafennähe
Nahe am Flughafen gelegen, jedoch keine Beeinträchtigung durch Fluglärm. Das Hotel liegt nahe am Nairobi Nationalpark. Die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist etwas abenteuerlich, jedoch für keinianische Verhältnisse normal. Die Beschilderung an der Hauptstrasse ist etwas schwierig zu finden, da die Bezeichnung 67 nicht als solche erkennbar ist. Generell aber ein sehr freundlicher Empfang. Das Restaurant und die Bar sind nett und das ESsen ordentlich. Ein Wellnessbereich mit Außenpool steht ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Positiv ist zudem der kostenlose Shuttleservice zum Flughafen. Zusammenfassend eine sehr gute und günstige Alternative für alle die in Nairobi auf der Durchreise sind. Für Gäste die gerne nach NAirobi wollen eignet sich das Hotel weniger, da die Hauptstrasse (Mombasa Road) eigentlich den ganzen Tag komplett verstopft ist. Für einen Ausflug in die Stadt sollte man nur für die Fahrt ca. 2 Std. planen.

The main reason we booked this property is because it’s near the airport and offered a free shuttle. We arrived in Nairobi around 11:30pm and the shuttle was nowhere to be found, so we were left with hiring a taxi. Joseph at the front desk was nice but only addressed the issue when we brought it up, saying that there’s always someone at the airport. He tried to compensate by offering dinner (at midnight) and then upgraded our room. The room was massive, but that doesn’t matter when you’re just there for 5 hours. The sheets seemed old/poor quality and didn’t quite fit the bed. The amenities say that there’s a/c, but there wasn’t. Joseph was helpful in the morning in contacting our tour provider regarding pickup. When we returned from our safari we stayed downtown at the Best Western and it was easily a better experience for a similar price.

This is a really great option on the way to or from the airport. They picked me up from Jomo Kenyatta Airport and the following morning they drove me to the SGR station. Nice hotel with good food available and friendly, welcoming staff. I'd definitely stay there again.

Great pool!
We enjoyed our stay at Airport Hotel 67! The pool and the pool area was a great place to hang out and it was kept very clean! There was two restaurants which had many options of food and the food was okay. The pick-up from the airport was on time and the shuttle service to and from the airport worked well. Would recommend when staying in Nairobi if you arrive by plane or train for a couple of nights.

Fantastic stay.
Fantastic stay. Airport pick-up and drop-off was flawless. Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt safe in the neighborhood on my morning run. My only complaint is the pool did not open until 10 am. My flight was just after 12 pm. Hence, I did not get to swim.
