Be aware there is a train that comes through at all times of the night and the tracks are right across the road from the motel. Also there are no coffee makers in the rooms. The rooms definitely look like they got the landlord special, latc paint and caulk.

This review is extremely shameful for Expedia group. since they send email to the customer who reservation has been cancelled. Their system is old and full of mistakes. In addition, this is an example of low moral character. How a person can give a review if he did not see the room and have free cancellation.

Her husband was locking and opening the door to make sure his lab top in the room is safe. During this procedure the door lock setting was disturbed. However, we have second lock on the door and key of second lock key was provided to them.

This is an old style motel where you park outside your room. The room is very clean and been updated with tile and carpet. The bed was firm but comfortable. The only downside was the sounds of the city. We had a great nights sleep and stay.

Very interesting! We hold the wrong amount by mistake and were released extra amount immediately. We provide full support so she can get money immediately since she was low on budget. The issue was solved. We gave her free accommodation. However, her online response is shameful after getting full support to solve the issue and a free night stay.

There is NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY.. You can not even sit in your vehicle and smoke.

We do not allow smoke in the building and parking area except designated smoking area. The customer wants to smoke in front of room, in the car parked at front of room which was not allowed. At last, we were able to convince the customer to go designated area for smoke. They were agreed and we are thankful to them.
