need improvement

we had an average experience, I was told to make a rapid test but my friend not, spa was closed at 16h00 due to covid protocol as per staff but staff not wearing mask on buffet at breakfast, no bathtub in room but same it is mentioned on your advert, buffet not worth value for money, lots of flies and bees on the buffet, no greetings on phone or in restaurant, trying to book spa on next day but could not have proper answer, hotel very noisy, you can hear lots of noise from our rooms all day,
