Our room was really tiny. We couldn't even open our suitcase in the room! I honestly expect bigger rooms when I book a 5 star hotel. Overall everything was very clean. The room was poorly soundproofed. We could hear our neighbors having fun at night and the receptionists talking. In the lobby was a cigarette smell, so I suppose, that the staff has been smoking inside. The gym was in a terrible condition. We really liked the pool area and the beach. The breakfast, that was offered, was pretty good (some things were pretty cold when we arrived at 10am)

Cooles Resort
Sehr schönes Resort, mit gutem Frühstück. Das Abendessen wird serviert und schmeckt ausgezeichnete. Zimmer sind leider etwas nüchtern eingerichteten und dunkel. Dusche hat keinen Tür somit wird beim Duschen das ganze Bad nass.

Ein Sehnsuchtsort in Griechenland
Ein rundherum fantastisches Hotel - von den schönen Zimmern zum netten Personal, dem tollen Frühstück und dem super Restaurant passt hier absolut alles. Gerade die Liege- und Bademöglichkeiten sind grandios -es gibt drei verschiedene Meereszugänge,von denen einer schöner ist als der andere. Plus -schaukelnde Himmelbetten auf der Steinküste: was will man mehr?Wir freuen uns schon auf unserennnächsten Besuch!

Fabulous hotel in a stunning location
Wonderful stay at Alas, would gladly return. Great views from the room, very friendly staff, halfboard was fabulous, and the hotel has so many great views and water access spots that it's just a pleasure. Highly recommended!

Die Lage des hotels ist auch genial um Ausflüge zu machen nach monemvasia oder elafonisos. Der Strand ist ok. Gibt schöneres aber wenn man Ausflüge macht super um dort zu verweilen. Personal ist sehr nett. Abendessen war geschmacklich nicht top leider Darum ein Punkt Abzug

Sehr schönes und modernes Resort
Sehr schöne neue Anlage mit einem für ein 3.5 Sterne Hotel sehr grosszügien Spa Bereich. Auch das Fitness ist weit überdurchschnittlich. Sehr schöner Pool mit ebenso schönem Lounge Bereich. Ausserordentlich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Früstücksbuffet wird sehr schön angerichtet und bietet eine grosse Auswahl an leckeren Köstlichkeiten. Für einen Zwischenstopp auf einer Peloponnes Rundreise sehr empfehlenswert. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt wegen der beschränkten Strandmöglichkeiten eher nicht. Alles in allem aber genossen wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr und würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen oder weiter empfehlen.

Idyllisches Hotel am Meer
Sehr schönes Hotel direkt am Meer. Gesonnt werden kann am Strand oder Wiese beides mit direktem Meerzugang. Halbpension war sehr gut, Abendessen war Abwechslungsreich a la cart. Dpa Bereich war auch sehr schön, lediglich im Gym kann man etwas modernisieren. Aber der wird wohl nicht so stark beansprucht.

Willkommen bei Freunden
Sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragender Küche und herzlichem Personal. Dir drei verschiedenartigen Zugänge zum Meer mit Sand, Fels und Sand/Steinen brachten Abwechslung. Etwas abgelegen was Kulturstätten betrifft, dafür echtes Griechenland-Erlebnis. Nur zu empfehlen, auch mit Kindern.

Relax @ brand new hotel with friendly staff
We came here after visiting Athens and were absolutely delighted by the resort. The hotel itself is brandnew, rooms are state of the art and offer brilliant views on the sea. The resort is itself is situated on rocks just next to the sea with a small beach (which indeed needs more sand). The staff was incredible friendly and very welcoming - giving this stay the final touch. Some nice villages are within one hour drive - the only downsite they are the your best guess if you want to eat outside the hotelrestaurant. All together still a brillant stay and highly recommendable. Did I mention the view, rooms and super friendly staff?

Wundervoll !!!
Das Alas Resort & Spa liegt direkt am Meer 30 min entfernt vom legendären Monemvasia. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und freundlich und erfüllt jeden Wunsch. Wir hatten sehr komfortable und top-moderne Suiten mit Balkon, von dem man den Blick auf's Meer, die Bucht und den Sonnenuntergang geniessen kann. Der Aussenpool ist schön, war aber im Mai ungeheizt. Der Whirlpool des SPA-Bereiches (Kinder nicht erlaubt) war leider mit 28° zu wenig temperiert (Dampfsauna hingegen einwandfrei). Das Restaurant bietet feine Speisen und sehr schnöne, lokale Weine zu günstigen Preisen. Wir können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Quiet clean hotel
This hotel is nice however it may not be a 5 star but it is a nice 4.5 star for Greece and it is a good value for the price. I would stay there again when visiting Monemvasia even though it is about 20 minutes drive from the Castle its worth the drive to have bigger rooms and sleep while hearing the waves outside your balcony instead of small rooms in the Castle with limited parking.

le cadre est très beau, la proximité de la mer immédiate et la chambre allouée très bien placée et orientée le petit déjeuner agréable et excellent face à la mer dans un service impecable hôtel ou tout est fait pour vous rendre la vie parfaite et reposante le bémol c'est que l'on est loin de tout et de ce fait un peu isolé donc une voiture est indispensable dans l'ensemble pour se ressourcer cet hôtel est l'idéal par contre loin des sites de visite il faut le savoir globalement nous sommes extrêmement satisfait de notre séjour

Excellent hotel to relax. Good restaurant
Excellent hotel, with all required service and amenities. Suffient space to relax (pool, beach, large garden in fron of sea). We had half board service, and the menu choice for dinner is excellent. Quiet neighbourhood, not really so much to do in the close neighbourhood. Monemvasia and Githeo are ~40 minutes drive away. Aside from some noise in the room coming from the restaurant music or bar music (why do they need to play music, and so loud) and the humming of the airco unit on the roof just above our room, all was perfect.

Nice stay but definitely not 5-star or relaxing
Overall a very good stay. Starting with the positives special mention to the bar/restaurant/pool staff who were extremely nice and friendly. Great facilities as well and nicely decorated rooms. Unfortunately though there were some negatives. Whilst the hotel took a lot of precautions related to CoVid, all of it went to waste when they allowed non guests to use the facilities. At no point where there any health checks for these people and they were allowed to roam the property at will. On that note, it is simply absurd that whilst paying over €200 per night we had to share the pool and restaurants with non-guests. I could gladly accept this during off peak but this was late July! As a result service was often very slow and the pool area was very crowded so quite the antithesis of the relaxing atmosphere that we were after (and handsomely paid for). Last but not least, they allowed for a large party to take place on a Saturday night. Whilst it did not affect us directly as our room was quite far from the party area, the very next morning we overheard many other guests complaining that they barely got any sleep as the party went on until 1am. Again it would have been fine during off peak but this was a time when the hotel was fully booked and people had paid a lot to get away from it and relax.

We would like to inform you that our Resort hosts events such as the baptism ceremony that was held during a night of your stay. Please note that all our guests that were staying on that particular wing of our property were all notified of the mentioned event, and we always inform in time, our guests that might be closer to such events. Furthermore, we would like to inform you that we only accepted some external visitors that unfortunately had their reservation canceled due to Covid-19 and couldn't stay with us a previous year, and that these external visitors were a company of some of our guests that were staying with us and we were notified about there visit prior to there arrival.
