Access doors were propped open with rocks or sticks, a stranger off the street confronted my husband at the breakfast nook. Lots of doors slamming and honestly, the rooms are like caves. I hated it. We left a day early even though we paid for another night. I’d never go back.

Room wasn’t as clean as i would have liked but I cleaned it with Lysol myself. Bathroom floor appeared dirty but guess it was just the flooring itself that requires replacing. The pool was not open but looked as if it was a bird bath lol. My stay was uncomfortable but comfortable for the time I was there. It would be a great one night stay. The staff is superb! Very nice/friendly. Overall rating of a 6 out of 10.

The staff were friendly (9/10). Service with a smile. The room was nice (8/10). Drink vending machine was not working (only bad thing about our stay)

We could not even get water. The one vending machine was not working and we got there late. The women couldn't tell us how far it was to walk to get water or whether it was safe to do so. Would never stay here again

The room was basic but clean. No chairs to sit in except a rolling office chair that slid out from under me when trying to sit at the table.

First I would like to say, the staff were all very nice and pleasant. Very Kind. Two thumps up for that. Now I stayed there for 9 days. First day was nice but the rest were bad. the person above me kept stomping and or dropping things. I didn't have a working phone so because I had surgery the next day. I couldn't go downstairs myself. It was so frustrating because my sister had to go for me.. Yes the stomping and noise would stop but start again the next day. ( This lasted for FIVE DAYS!!!! The pool was closed. My room floor wasn't swept nor mopped. I definitely could tell because when we moved the couch it was wrappers/popsickles sticks underneath and dust.... Anyways to sum it up... I will never stay there again. But the staff was really nice. Just didn't enforce quietness enough.. (I get you get what you paid for but damn).. if I was the one making all that noise I'm sure I would of been asked to leave. ( i was in alot of pain and was trying to heal. I couldn't even get a goodnight sleep.

4 people... 1 small bottle of shampoo.... no blow dryer in room... drink machine out of order and no cold drinks available for breakfast
