Bad decision.
There were people living in the hotel, whom probably shouldn’t have been there. There were beer cans left in the hallway. The carpet in my room wasn’t clean. The toilet was backed up.There were activities happening in the hotel that probably shouldn’t have been. My bed was very uncomfortable, and the linen wasn’t sanitary. Overall for the $87 spent on the room I wasn’t satisfied.

Forced stay
I was forced to stay at this Motel even though I tried canceling it within minutes of accidentally booking it. The inconvenience where was located at compared to where I needed to be. And having to walk all the way around the building to get to the main entrance when the parking is in the back.

Complicated check in, okay place to sleep
We had to call for help checking in because they wanted to charge us again. It took an hour and we ended up leaving and coming back because the kids were hungry. We had to do a room inventory and a notice of check out. We were told that we would be charged if the notice wasn't in 24 hours before we left. I'm not sure how that would have worked if we had only been staying one day. The beds and room were fine. Television had two kid friendly channels and niether worked the first night. The wifi was spotty. We were putting things away walking back and forth and got a call to complain that we were making too much noise. We stay in hotels at least one a month and have never had this happen. There was a kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator. No coffee pot or anything to cook/clean with. We ended up having to run to the store to buy cookware and plates....which worked out well since someone pulled the fire alarm. Some of the more long term residents said that was really common and that we didn't have to go out but I wasn't taking chances. All in all, it's fine if you want somewhere to crash that you can cook some. Just plan to bring everything you might need.

No after duty staff / Bad internet
The check in clerk was very friendly. No after hours or evening staff. The person left on weekend duty wasn't friendly in fact had a very bad attitude. The internet was only good for maybe 30 min. before having to logout and log back in.

The stay ok
People over all were very nice. We arrived late Tuesday night 12/5/17. Our room was made up on the first day but the rest of the week no clean towels so we hung them to dry to use the next day and and the next day also. No trash was takin out,the beds were not made up and the floors were not vacuumed for the remainder of our stay

Walking in Memphis
I picked this hotel because of the location. It was affordable and only a third of a mile Graceland. I was very happy with the hotel room itself. It has a full size refrigerator and freezer and a stove and had plenty of room. The problem was the other tenants period three nights in a row I had people bouncing a basketball on the floor above me and stomping around and in the room next to me. It was very loud. The problem is they rent out rooms by the week in month also and so you get some very trashy people living there and I don't think you should mix apartments with Hotel. A couple staying for a quiet weekend shouldn't have to be next to a family. The rooms are fine but the clientele are shady.

Unsafe place to stay!!
We will never stay here or recommend this place to anyone. There was no mention of how unsafe this place was. We were welcomed by an armed security guard. There was a metal garage style roll up door that later revealed a bullet proof type window. We left immediately and never stayed there for fear of our safety.

Horrible Experience
This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Every worker had a different response for the same question. On a Saturday I was told I would have to wait until Monday for clean towels & was also told I had to pay $1 for each roll of toilet tissue I needed. The workers were unprofessional and the noise level on top id us and in the hallway was horrible.

:( Did not feel safe.
It wasn't great. Arrived gone midnight due to late train and despite having booked a non-smoking room only smoking was available. Room was dirty, bed wasn't great. Whole area didn't feel safe.

We have made several upgrades to all of our rooms, trained and certified staff on clean and safe program, and taken extra safety measures providing secured access, gated property and on site security. Economy for sure
Room was very clean however I checked in at 3pm and in evening someone claiming to be a housekeeper came I advised them through door that I just checked in they walked away .The floors were new but needs to be painted and light switches and fixtures need to be replaced some were broken and cracked .Neighborhood looked shady but at night only one gate is open as a security measure.Staff not very friendly clerk took my number and said they would call when my room was ready I never recieved a call so I returned a little after 3pm and room was ready .The Internet disconnected me every 30 second to 2 minutes and was slow to load so wasn't able to use wifi on any of my devices so if you want Internet your out of luck. I was in a room at end of hallway so it was quit but after someone who I doubt was really a maid trying to get in I put a chair against door so if they opened door I would hear it even though door has a security type lock I still felt better if I wore up when someone was messing with door.for a low budget stay it was ok but I was alone and I reccomends only staying if your in a group of people .It's a no smoking hotel but elevator and halway smelled of ciggerettes. Also no curtains so don't plan on sleeping in it was bright in morning.
