Yes, the insects are from the elm trees that your apartment was adjacent and unfortunately due to our continuous attempts they seldom still enter the apartment if the doors / windows are opened. We have put in multiple requests with the council and are yet to hear back regarding eradicating them completely. Aside from this, we spray where and when we can. We're glad we were able to offer you a discount on your future stay, however.

Thanks for your feedback Shane.I'm disappointed to learn that we couldn't assist you whilst you were still in house. There is a great sized vanity under the sink for storage. We will definitely investigate the toilet and the shower to which you refer. Please let our reception team know of any concerns in the future as they are here from 7 am - 10 pm daily and would have been delighted to assist you.
