Room was ok. The floor in the room creaked as I walked. There was a few hairs left on the bathroom floor and a black curly hair on the bed sheets. The entrance to the hotel is full of people smoking at all times of the day. There is a guest laundry that charges $4 a load.

I didn’t like the noise of footsteps pacing up and down in the room from above me , that continued until 1am in the morning until I yelled at them to shut up and and then they recommenced again at 5.30 am

Arrived at midnight from an international flight. Cold reception from the man behind the screen. Asked to complete safety questions and immediately felt that I'd chosen the wrong place to stay but too late to go elsewhere. Was asked for ID and a copy of my passport was taken. Uncomfortable about this given potential ID theft. I would like to know if the hotel then destroys this. Very noisy in the room with many doors banging, probably as the result of the strange open layout into a huge internal foyer. You get what you pay for... no frills. Won't return.

Great for Taylor Swift Eras Tour budgeting wise. Just the wrong end of town for the concert as it is away from the MCG. Would stay again for a general Melbourne holiday. Close to Spencer street station and skybus to airport. Would love more power points as the two in the bathroom did not work.

super convenient as it’s so close to the train station, everything was very good except the shower, as the whole roof started dripping water and there was no shower door so the room kinda floods

People running up and down the hallways at midnight and 3 am....didn't get much sleep. Usually quiet, but there must have been a pack of muppets allowed in.
