Great for the price
I loved the customer service at this location and the rooms were very clean. There’s no drugs or night people hanging around the parking lot. I would recommend this place - Especially for its reasonable prices.

Good place for those who need a break on the go thanks to close proximity to I-5, easy parking, easy check-in/check-out, close to 7-Eleven. The room was of decent size, small bath room with shower, aged equipments but was kept clean and working.

Good for one short night stay. Owners nice enough. Place quite empty yet they checked in a loud group above us. Barely slept between that and the road noise. Pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. Appreciated the extra towels and the lower price.

Not the best, but not the worst
The toilet paper on the dispenser had about 4 squares on it. There was one additional roll on hand. There was a box of facial tissue on the wall with one tissue sticking out of it to look like it was full. Someone made a very poor attempt to refresh this unit. The shower head could not be adjusted because it was at least 3 feet over my head. Poor workmanship and painting in this unit. It made me think someone did a rush job to hide a crime scene. We did get upgraded to a king bed, and it appeared that new flooring had been installed. The location was near shopping and restaurants. I assume the woman who checked us in was the owner. She was pleasant and was doing EVERYTHING, including sweeping the parking lot.

Need cleaned.
Are stay was barely ok. The shower had only hot water. No warm. It was cold or very hot. The floor was dirty. Our feet were were stained from walking around. We found a used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. That made us wonder if the room had even been cleaned. The bathroom smelled stale and of urine.

Bring cleaning supplies & ear plugs
Budget friendly and you do get WiFi but no hair dryer or coffee in the room. The standard room/w 2 queen beds is small, one chair was too large for the room and made it hard to open the door. Also (IMO) the chair was too dirty. It has crusty dried spots. I tried to clean but I did not use it. I was glad there was no carpeting but the floor was dirty & sticky. I had to clean it. Bathroom had a lot of hair in sink and on the shower walls. I travel with cleaning wipes and cleaned it myself. The bed was average. Lots of road noise, but you're in the city. No table inside or outside, so there is no where to sit and eat. I considered leaving, but was too tired from traveling to figure out another arrangement. I left very early in the morning.

This place is amazing! I had a late check in and the owner was very polite, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfy and good sized. This is a great place to stay if you want to explore downtown or be close to the river.

Toilets don’t flush, ants EVERYWHERE including in beds, door didn’t seal, shower was dirty and moldy. Not accommodating to handicap. Staff tried to enter room at check out on the wrong day. The whole experience was grotesque!!

The entire place was disgustingly filthy inside and out. The carpets are so filthy they look black until you move a piece of furniture to see a very different color.

cockroach on bed :(
Saw a cockroach on the bed. Took pictures and video. Interior old and a bit musty. Fortunately it was a large bed so I slept on the other side of the bed (the cockroach was on the edge of the left side). The bed was comfortable and would have been good except for the knowledge that there had been a cockroach on it. Water pressure and temperature in shower was good. For $80 for one night even without cockroach was overpriced.
Cockroach was moving to edge of bed then went down and disappeared
Inspected for more bugs but did not notice any additional vermin

The hotel room booked had bed bugs and the so called manager that I contacted was rude and unhelpful. Thanks for nothing. I will no longer use Expedia’s services, EVER!
