Not at all what you expect from the name

The pros: kind of good location, size of rooms. Good pillows.
The cons: slow, unmotivated, undedicated staff, very slow room service and quality of food is airline standard (economy). Rooms, especially bathroom stinky, mold, broken switches/trays.
Hotel is overall in a pretty worn out shape.
Disgusting: birds (not one, many!) in breakfast room. I have seen 10(!) at one plate. Many flies as well. Quality of food so so. Very slow service.
Pool needs refurbishment. Tiles broken.
Stairs very slippery when wet which might be daily dependent on season.
Overall: 3* standard if at all. A shame for the big name.
