Sehr schönes Zimmer - großes Bad! Auf de Balkon war es nicht ganz soooo sauber - die Polster hätten eine Grundreinigung verdient gehabt - sonst waren wir aber sehr zufrieden!

In a first instance, I would like to thank you for having taken both the time & the trouble of sharing with us, your experience on the occasion of your stay at “Angsana Balaclava Mauritius”.
We are glad to learn that you found the Suite and the bathroom to be to your contentment, which is mostly appreciated by the vast majority of our most esteemed guests.
Having said this, I have taken good note of your feedback regarding the Housekeeping services. In this respect, please accept my sincere apologies for any inconvenience experienced, as visibly we were unable to deliver the required service, which, should definitely not have been the case. In this regard, I wish to give you my personal assurance, that the same has been discussed with our Executive Housekeeper, so that the required remedial action be taken to avoid any recurrence of a similar nature.
On behalf of the entire “Angsana Balaclava Mauritius” team, thank you again for your constructive feedback and I wish to apologise to you for any lapses in service encountered during your stay amidst us. We look forward to, hopefully, welcoming you back in our midst in the near future.
