A really lovely hotel i a wonderful botanical garden. The restaurant by the lake is so lovely. Breathtaking. Wonderful Pool area and possibility to have breakfast outside. The breakfast is a little bit liited by the selection but ok and very friedly staff. The rooms are very very bit but a little bit old-fashioned. Dinner was lovely . A quiet and beautiful place to stay.

Das Personal in dem Restaurant und an der Bar ist nicht wirklich Kundenorientiert. Man hat das Gefühl, das eigentlich nur auf das Trinkgeld gewartet wird. Am Pool sind keine Toiletten zugänglich und Handtücher wrden werden nicht angeboten. Die Reinigungskräfte machen einen guten Job und das Essen war hervorragend. Was fehlt ist ein Supervisor, det sich um das Personal und die Gäste kümmert.

Das einzige. Manko war, dass am Zimmer und in der Rezeption keine Stromsteckeradapter für europäische Stecker zu haben sind und dass der Antennenanschluss für TV nicht funktioniert. Sonst alles perfekt.

Grüne Oase!
Sehr schöne Anlage - das Attribut Botanical Garden hat absolut seine Berechtigung. Die Hütten und die anderen Gebäude haben - auch im Kontrast zum "normalen" Eswatini - einen leicht pompösen touch, man fragt sich etwas, was dahintersteckt. Wir waren die einzigen ausländischen Touristen, ausser ein paar Geschäftsleuten war nichts los. Den Pool hatten wir insofern für uns allein.

Sehr luxuriöse Ausstattung, die Häuschen sind eingebettet inmitten üppiger Pflanzen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die meisten Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und bemüht, manchmal war etwas wenig Motivation vorhanden. Gute Lage in der Nähe von Cultural Village und Mlilwane. Sehr nette Besitzerin, die uns die Geschichte des Hotels erzählt hat. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Die Hotelanlage liegt in einem traumhaften, riesigen botanischen Garten. Die Zimmer, zumindest die low budget Zimmer, bedürfen der Instandhaltung. Die Sauberkeit ist auch nicht so gut, wie wir es aus Südafrika gewohnt sind.

Ein wunderschön in einem botanischen Garten gelegenes Luxushotel, das leider unverständlicher Weise seinen Luxus eingebüßt hat. Am auffälligsten war der miserable Service. Unfreundliche Angestellte vom ersten Moment des eincheckens, dann im Restaurant und Pool bzw. poolbar. Obwohl kaum Betrieb, warteten wir sehr lange auf unser Essen, auf den Zimmerschlüssel, auf Handtücher,.... Sehr schade.

Sehr schön und ruhig im Botanischen Garten gelelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, sehr große Auswahl und toll angerichtet. Das Beste Frühstück was wir auf unserer Reise hatten. Das Zimmer war groß und es fehlte an nichts! Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Ein Hotel das man einfach weiterempfehlen muss!
Wenn man Ruhe und Erholung möchte, ist das der perfekte Aufenthaltsort. Eine traumhafte Anlage, gelegen in einer ruhigen und wunderschönen Landschaft. Die Küche ist übrigens hervorragend und das Service-Personal sehr freundflich.

Traumhafte Anlage
Die Parkanlage ist überwältigend schön, außerordentlich gepflegt und fasziniert mit der Stille der Umgebung. Die Zimmer haben angenehme Größe, bieten eine Terrasse, von der aus man den Park, die Pflanzen, Bäume, Brunnen und Skulpturen sehen kann. Das Restaurant bietet ausgezeichnetes Essen, das (im Preis enthaltene) Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich reichhaltig mit einem Buffett, das keinen Wunsch offenlässt.

Schönes Aufenthalt inmitten eines tropischen Gartens. Wir bekamen ein Upgrade in eine Executive Suite. Alle Zimmer/Suiten sind in sogenannten Rondavels (große Rundhütten mit Reetdach) untergebracht. Leider keine Parkmöglichkeit davor sondern nur zentral auf dem Parkplatz: mehrfache Schlepperei z.T. über Treppen. Nichts für Rollstuhlfahrer. Sehr schönes Restaurant gegenüber an einem See (alles auf derselben Anlage). Super Service und leckeres Essen mit guten Weinauswahl.

Beautiful gardens and scenary. Check in was a bit too slow and then also the wait for somebody to show us to our room was too long. There were no tv channels working and the interior of the rooms is showing its age. Its a beautiful place but seems some improvements can be made.

The fridge in the room was not working. I asked twice for it to be repaired but no one came. whatever food i had in the fridge including yoghurts all went stale. I checked out early and did not stay the extra night. The hotel will have to refund me for this. I also requested for the airconditioner to be looked at as the room was not cooling down enough - again no feedback on this. Friday temperature 24 November was 41 degrees outside. Saturday was 33 degrees. I would recommend the hotel utilise a trolley to assist carrying baggage from the car to the room and not just with their 2 hands. As a guest of the hotel, it was suprising that we had to also carry our own luggage and the room was not near to reception so there was a bit of a walk. The hotel and rooms are lovely setup, however the hotel could do with additional in-door facilities eg Spa, sauna, jacuzzi etc.

Went there for a weekend getaway with family. The place was easy to find and everything was just perfect from lady at the reception to having someone escorting us to our room. The rooms was clean and bedding was new!

Fomos enganados. Adquirimos dois quarto executive e colocaram-nos nos quartos 102 e 103 sem qualquer explicação. Quando reclamamos disseram que a culpa era da EXPEDIA e atribuiram-nos dois quartos inferiores alegando não terem executive. Não fomos reembolsados da diferença. No almoço de dia 24 não havia os dois primeiros pratos de carne do menu. Estamos frustrados com o atendimento do hotel.

I didn’t like my stay because what I booked was not what they give me I booked the comfort with one bedroom room but they give me the luxury room with two bedroom. The site hotels.com shows the rooms that is fully booked. What the hotels.com show is not correct.
