Great location with poor property
The location is amazing The room comfort is very poor, the bathroom condition is very bad. The reception is nice. The breqkfast is poor and you need to ask each time some dish is over... The pool is excellent. Improving the above can make it a 5 stars property, again - the location is breath taking

È una struttura potenzialmente bella poiché la posizione strategica e la vista mozzafiato ma a livello di pulizia è davvero deludente; abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni e la camera non è stata mai pulita, invasa da formiche e un letto con lenzuola mal odoranti. La colazione giusta ma urge di una disinfestazione di vespe poiché era quasi impossibile mangiare fuori; sono stata anche punta da una di loro.

very nice place for vacations
Place is quiet, spacious and really well located with access to the beach( the only one that exist in the area) service is great, super nice family owned hotel. Not fancy at all, but effective Pricing was really good so nothing to complain.

The property is better fit for camping project than for tourist coming for vacation. The bungalow first looks creepy with lizards walking all around and the worse part is the bed, it is hard as wood. The room had air-conditioning but without remote so you can put on or off from electrical panel. The room doesn't have wifi and it is true that it is not listed on Expedia for the room but rather for the property but I think this is really a trap since it only works next to the main office. The property comes with one roll of paper towels and you need to buy extra if needed, the room is not cleaned throughout the stay. No soup, towels, or any bathroom material come with the property. I am not sure if someone needs to check for soup these days when reserving through Expedia. I couldn't continue my stay in this property and left earlier.

Mi dispiace tantissimo che il cliente non ha letto tutte le informazioni utili prima di prenotare!! Addirittura ci aveva scritto che era in luna di miele, ma purtroppo aveva scelto la soluzione piu' economica... E' partito solo la sera prima per comodità per raggiungere l'aeroporto perchè ha sfruttato tutto il soggiorno. Siamo molto dispiaciuti

The peoperty had beautiful views from every room. Free parking. It was clean. There was supposed to be wifi in common areas, but it only worked in one corner of the breakfast area, which was closed all the time except for breakfast. Be aware that they do NOT give beach access to people who book through Expedia. This was a huge surprise to me as i had read about the beach access on their website. Staff at the front desk was cold and rude. i never felt welcomed by them. Breakfast and cleaning staff were nice. The pool hours are short, so we never got to go swimming, which was disappointing.

Zeer onvriendelijk personeel die liever hebben dat je niet komt. Spreken geen andere taal dan italiaans en willen niets voor je doen. Verblijf in oude barakken waarvan alles zo’n beetje kapot is. Hondedrollen voor je deur en een dronken eigenaresse. Ontbijt van zeer matige kwaliteit en geen handdoeken. Conclusie: vakantiepret behoorlijk verstierd, kortom ik zou dit aan niemand aanbevelen

C'è molto da migliorare
Il personale è scortese, pochissimo disponibile, gestito da persone che guardano solo i loro affari, guadagni trascurando le richieste dei clienti. Camera piena di polvere, bagno sporchissimo e puzzolente con arredo vecchissimo e usurato. Hotel da rivedere nel complesso e nei servizi e soprattutto mal gestito.

View was good when you walked up by the fence. The staff was not overly friendly or accommodating. Most spoke English. Air conditioning worked great. Refrigerator was convenient and worked great. Shower was small. Kitchen would have been convenient but stove didn't work. Parking was fine. No WiFi.

Posizione ottima ma una camera non degna di un tre stelle 12 metri quadrati senza balcone o finestra solo la porta di d entrata bagno piccolissimo all arrivo condizionatore non funzionante si è provveduto all intervento del tecnico per rimuovere i filtri intasati di polvere la stanza priva di asciugamani e quindi altro tempo perso per la richiesta rapporti qualità prezzo assurdo e pensare che eravamo ritornati in questa struttura perchè la priva volta con un prezzo leggeremente superiore avevamp avututo un soggiorno ottimo

Per un inconveniente all'auto alle 17:45 del 25/6 ho comunicato non ero sicuro di riuscire ad arrivare per le 21:00. Inizialmente mi era stato detto che con un supplemento sarei potuto arrivare anche dopo. Alle 18:30 mi è stato detto che, invece l'orario delle 21 era tassativo e, quindi, non c'era niente da fare. Ho dovuto provvedere altrimenti con un'altra sistemazione alberghiera. Flessibilità e attenzione al cliente = 0.

Beautiful area, nice beach just below the villa , however skeleton staff seems to wish we weren't there. Didn't expect much but "Breakfast" was awful , day old croissants , no fruit, and told us we couldn't eat outside on the deck - where the view is, There must be better places in this beautiful area !

Amazing location with breathtaking views!
Great location, amazing views of Vesuvius from the pool. The kids loved the pool. Accommodation basic but comfortable, we had a bungalow with kitchenette. There is a cliff walk down to the beach and restaurant. I would recommend hiring a car as there is limited facilities near the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Amazing holiday!

Very positive experience. Nice pool which the kids loved. Nice staff by the pool. Short way by car to the beach. One big minus was that the restaurant was closed so we could not get dinner in the evening. Had to drive a long way to get parking space along the narrow roads.

Sale et excentré, belles piscines
Emplacement excentré (obligation d'avoir une voiture). Le site est agréable avec fleurs, belles piscines et belle vue (c'est la seule chose positive). L'accueil est agréable mais malheureusement l'hôtesse d'accueil ne peut pas faire grand chose vu la direction désagréable... (et encore le mot est faible!). Le bungalow (plutôt un préfabriqué) n'était pas insonorisé (on entendait les voisins), je ne parle pas de l'état de saleté du bungalow avec même des amis animaux dans la salle de bains! je n'ai jamais vu ça! Pas de tapis de douche en prime... Par honnêteté nous avons prévenu de notre excursion pour la journée à Capri et nous avons été facturé 10€ pour laisser la voiture sur le parking alors que nous étions clients... la direction, à priori, aime beaucoup les finances selon les commentaires précédents que j'ai pu voir ainsi que ce qui nous est arrivé! Moralité: si vous n'avez pas besoin de piscine FUYEZ pendant qu'il est encore temps!

Ухоженная центральная часть территории отеля и настоящие оливковые деревья, растущие по склону горы на остальной территории. Внизу под горой небольшой пляж и городок с примерно 5-7 ресторанчиками. В выходные пляж полон местных купальщиков. В будни - свободнее. Пляж - галька, вода чистейшая. Внимание: тяжелый подъем от пляжа к отелю...

Room was incredibly dirty, shower was disgusting and full of mould. Bunk beds provided for our two children were dangerous with nothing to stop them falling out onto a tiled floor. The lady on reception was not interested. The worst hotel of our trip by far.

L endroit très charmant, belle vue sur la mer,site très bien aménagé .dommage car plusieurs points négatifs. Sommes arrives tard le soir, aussi comme nous n avions pas réservé le petit déjeune, n avons reçu qu' un café et en insistant et nous n avions pas le droit de nous asseoir sur la terrasse vue sur la mer. Cela commençait fort. Avions loué 2 bungalows, très mal équipe en vaisselle, pas de quoi faire un café! Douche miniature et pas de quoi accrocher ses affaires. Personne ne fait l état des lieux à l arrivée et au départ . Mes amis n avaient pas de tapis de douche, pas grave mais le notre , écœurant, je l ai mis a la poubelle. Et le comble, il faut payer 5 euros le transat par jour si on veut aller à la piscine, sinon descendre à la mer.Là il faut faire un peu de marche,descendre mais surtout remonter. Pour une plage qui n en vaut pas la peine. Vraiment déçus de notre séjour, pourtant un bel endroit à visiter, peut être hors saison. Et surtout se munir d un bon portefeuille.

Wonderful and calm stay at Villa Lubrense
We stayed at Villa Lubrense for 2 nights in a bungalow. It was small but cozy. The surrounding of Villa Lubrence territory is amazing, marvellous plants and flowers everywhere, wonderful view down to the sea. And the 2 pools were nice as well but sadly you can't eat while lying in the sunbed beside the pools. Also the restaurant is open just for breakfast. But the nearest grocery store is few kilometres away. The girl at the reception had problems with understanding English. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, it is available only in the reception and in the parking lot. Villa Lubrense is located outside the city so the nights are really calm. Overall - I would go back there and I highly recommend this villa because the spot is superb.

The impression the advert gives is that this is a hotel, but this is actually a self-catering facility – there is no shampoo, shower gel, etc provided; no iron is available; wifi is only accessible near the reception desk; there is no roof terrace available to bungalows - only the bigger house; no bar (although there is an event space, it is only used for external event hire, not for dinner for the guests); the advert mentions dry cleaning facilities, but we were told to go into Massa to get this service; there is no concierge service either (this is mentioned in the advert as well). The majority of staff were disinterested. When we did pay for breakfast one of the mornings, a wedding party had eaten all the croissants so there was none left for the guests. We didn't get a change of clean towels/beddings during our 7 day stay. Reception hours are sporadic, and they don't even have a first aide kit. There is a great outdoor table area, but if you have breakfast, you aren't allowed to eat it outside. The beach is just underneath the location, however it is recommended to have a car to get there (since the walk down is difficult and quite dangerous). The beach is clean and very enjoyable and there are some good restaurants on the marina – best accessed in a car.

Beautiful location!
The location is breathtaking, outside of Sorrento up on a hill with panoramic views of the ocean. Its peaceful, but too far to walk into town. The friendly staff will gladly give you a bus schedule and assist you with finding your way into town. The rooms themselves are small, outdated and the bed was uncomfortable, but the place is family run and the staff were fabulous. They served us breakfast each morning, and when they saw us bringing our own fruit and yogurt for breakfast, the next day they served us fruit and yogurt - so thoughtful. They even boiled some eggs we'd bought in the kitchen so that we could eat them with breakfast as well. One thing that was inconvenient is that you can only access the wifi up the road at the main office, not in the rooms, the restaurant, near the pool, etc. Given the location of the hotel out of town and the need to be able to plan day trips, this was very inconvenient, and the location is remote enough that we couldn't even get a signal with the SIM card we'd purchased. The pool is beautiful, and so is the beach, but its a steep hike down (and back up!)

The WORST hotel treatment we've ever had.The staff is impolite and rude, The breakfast is just a joke with decreasing quantity every day.Low quality orange juice in plastic cups. It was very noisy in the mornings. We were attracted by the nice view from the villa, but usually there is no access to this view.The restaurant has a nice balcony and we chose to have our breakfast outside.The next couple days the door was locked and we've been told it is not allowed to have our breakfast on the balcony.The rest of the time the restaurant was closed, and if you want to have a lunch or dinner you should go to Sorrento which is 10-15 min by car , or 30 min by bus.If you decide to stay over the day at the swimming pool(working time 9am-18pm) you will not be able to get even a cup of coffee or fresh drinks, cause there is no staff around. The stay in the villa is not the warm feeling, because of the poor management.

Si affaccia sul mare da una piccola collina, con una bella veduta in una posizione piuttosto tranquilla. Buono per un po di relax. Purtroppo di sera non c'è personale e la reception è chiusa, quindi ti costringono a fare il check in entro il pomeriggio. Inoltre nonostante nell'acquisto fosse chiaramente indicato "colazione inclusa" hanno preteso il pagamento aggiuntivo della colazione pari a 5 euro a persona.
