Our room was on the 2nd floor, across from the out side lights, which came into the window, the curtains wouldn't close, so the room was light all night . The air condioner worked fine but every time it came on it made a very loud noise. we had planned on staying there on our way back, but we are rethinking our plans. Thank you, Nancy Klear

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for failing to exceed your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you provided to make improvements to ensure we offer an exceptional experience for our guests in the future.
I am sorry you could not see that there are three sets of curtains in the room , a decorative set that does not move, a sheer set that opens and closes and a blackout set. This is a standard set at most hotels and a quick call to the front desk would have solved the issue.
I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.
