Tolles neues Hotel in Maputo
Wir haben vier Tage in Maputo verbracht und haben den Aufenthalt im Radisson Blu sehr genossen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer geräumig und schön. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Meer, allerdings ist es etwas weit bis zur Stadtmitte.Das Gym ist mit neuen Geräten ausgestatet und auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und ansprechend.

Schönes hotel . Negativ war das beim Bezug keine großen Handtücher vorhanden waren , der Feueralarm um 5 Uhr morgens anging und alle aus dem hotel mussten. Sonst radisson Standard.

Das Radisson Blue ist ein recht neues Hotel aus dem Jahre 2013. Es hat einen exzellenten Service sowie gute Essen / Frühstück. Dieses Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

überteuert und nicht vertragskonform
Die Buchung über Expedia erwies sich als Flop. Auf der Webseite wurde "pet friendly" angegeben, dies gab den Ausschlag für die Buchung .Bei Ankunft dann das böse Erwachen - Sir, pets are here not welcome ... Das Hotel ist neu, sauber, die Zimmer großzügig. Insgesamt wirkt es eher steril. In Maputo gibt es wesentlich bessere Hotels mit besserem Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis.

Its a nice hotel. The staff were very strange - there were lots of them but none were very welcoming or helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good and the rooms views were nice as well. The shower had a tendency to flood the bathroom due to the design.

Beautiful ocean view, but not on the beach. If you want to be directly on the beach, there is another nice hotel nearby. However, the Radisson was very nice. Modern and clean. Great restaurants. And a great view.

No one reception
When I checked out in the early morning, there was anyone in the reception, so I had to wait for 10 mins but I had to leave after all. I was mad since I had to go to the airport. I can't believe it happened in 5star hotel.

Security at the property was good, felt safe all the time. Location near many good shopping malls and restaurants. 5 minutes from the beach . The hotel needs to train their cleaning staff , I had issues for 2 days where I had to contact the hotel supervisor to get bed linen changed. For a 5 star hotel ,this is not acceptable.

Overall stay was comfortable, but I had to wait for half an hour at the airport for the airport pick-up hotel service that had been arranged days in advance. Hope this will be improved for my next planned stay in Raddison Blu Maputo next week.
