Katastrophe, Leitungen defekt, Badewanne defekt, Möbel in katastrophalen Zustand

Thank you for your thoughts on your recent visit. We are working hard and investing in our hotel to improve our guest experience. As part of that, we are renovating rooms and incorporating the latest technology. We are also creating inviting public spaces on every floor for our guests to enjoy. Being in such a prime location in NYC means that the demand for our hotel is high. To ensure we keep up with our guests' needs, we have purchased check-in kiosks to speed up that process for our guests. That process can be challenging, especially when we encounter a large tour group arriving by bus, which may slow down the check-in process. Der Standort ist genial. Das wars aber auch schon. Die Zimmer sind schnuddig, das Bad dreckig u der duschvorhang hatte schimmel drauf.

Zimmer war gross jedoch sehr hellhörig, Bad war nicht ok. Nach einer Beschwerde haben wir ein renoviertes Zimmer bekommen.

Das erste Zimmer was uns zugeteilt wurde, war unter aller Sau. Klein, schmutzig, keine Gelegenheit etwas abzustellen, Schrank ohne Bügel usw. am zweiten Tag haben wir ein Zimmerupgrade durchgeführt und es war super, geräumig, sauber, neue Möbel und mehr komfort. Dann hat der Urlub noch mehr Spaß gemacht.

Das einzigste was gut ist an dem Hotel ist die Lage ansonsten eine reine Katastrophe. Nicht zu empfehlen.......

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Manhatten, mit der Subway vor der Tür. Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Hotelzimmer war modern und gemütlich eingerichtet, hell und sauber. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, der Kaffee, die Backwaren und das frische Obst waren top. Wir können das Hotel weitetempfehlen und werden es bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in N.Y. wieder buchen.

Es ist bereits mein 2. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, die Lage ist einfach fabelhaft. Beim ersten Aufenthalt war alles soweit ok. Beim 2. mal ging es mit einer defekten Heizung, welche das Zimmer überflutet hatte los, bekamen anstandslos ein neues Zimmer. Im neuen Zimmer dann der große Schock, das Bett war voller Bettwanzen....einfach nur Ekelhaft....bekamen wieder ein neues Zimmer aber der Ekel war da. Kann das Hotel leider nicht empfehlen, trotz der besten Lage

Zimmer alt und abgewohnt, Fenster fast blind vor Dreck genauso wie die Klimaanlage, Bett ist auseinander gefallen, Badewanne schimmelig und abgeschlagen, das Frühstück ein Witz, es gab nur einen Obstsalat, einen Mehlspeise und einen Kaffee, ein zusätzlicher Kaffee wurde nicht gewährt.
