Schöne Anlage
Schöne Hotelanlage, alles gut. Optimiert werden könnten die Betten, da die Matratzen etwas zu weich und die Kopfkissen zu dick und fest sind. Im Fitnessraum war der 2. Crosstrainer während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts außer Betrieb. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Hier stimmt wirklich alles
Freundliches und in ausreichender Anzahl vorhandenes Personal. Großzügige und ruhige Anlage mit reichlich Platz für alle Gäste. Obwohl ziemlich ausgebucht, waren immer Liegen und Sonnenschirm an einem der drei Pools oder am Strand verfügbar. Traumhafte Anordnung aller Gebäude in Form eines kleinen, aber feinen Dorfes. Ein insgesamt absolut überzeugendes Angebot, wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Hotelküche entspricht einer Kantinenverpflegung. Wir empfehlen zwingend nur Zimmer mit Frühstück zu buchen, denn jede Taverne auf der Imsel kocht wesentlich besser.

Super Hoteldorf am Strand
Wenn sich jemand ein All Inklusive Aufenthalt ist dies der Ort auf Kreta. Aber auch sonst ein Hoteldorf mit winderbares Ambiente, super Personal und Service. Die Lage ist Crntral genug für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen und andchliessend ruht man sich hier wieder aus. Würde jederzeit wieder Ikaros buchen.

Tolle Anlage direkt am Meer
Das Resort liegt direkt am Meer und ist schön gestaltet, fast wie ein kleines Dorf. Die Zimmer liegen in kleinen Häusern über die ganze Anlage verteilt und sind sehr komfortabel. Das Personal ist durchgehend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Wir hatten kein All-Inclusive gebucht und waren nur in zwei der Restaurants essen. Das Essen war gut, für Vegetarier gibt es aber kaum Auswahl.

Das Ressort liegt direkt am privaten Strand. Die Anlage ist wie eine kleine Stadt aufgebaut. Man bekommt die schiere Größe gar nicht mit. Vielen kleine Gassen und Wege führen zu den einzelnen Zimmern, Bungalows und Restaurant. Man hat eine grandiose Aussicht. Abends fällt die Sonne vor der Nase ins Meer. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Buffet reichhaltig, gesund und auf der Sonnenterrasse eingenommen, ein Genuss. Das Hotel bietet Massage- und Spa-Service an. Dafür erhielten wir an Rezeption Willkommensgutscheine kostenlos. 4 Gehminuten entfernt gibt es eine Straße mit Restaurants, falls man mal außer Hause essen möchte.

The hotel has very friendly and wonderful staff. They make you feel at home and they always try to help in every situation. The staff is the biggest asset of the hotel. Further, the resort has great pools, a good spa and nice restaurants. One of the restaurants is located at the waterfront so that you enjoy your dinner with a perfect view.

Spar break in the sun.
We had an excellent week, the resort was very clean and modern with excellent restaurants and bars. The pools and beach were great as was the spar. Rooms very spacious, modern and clean. We found the resort to be in a good location foe venturing out.

Great honeymoon
On our honeymoon, a lovely welcome in the room, a bottle of local sparkling wine a some macarons and flowers and petals on the bed. The room was a little bit tired, the air con leaked a bit and made the fllor wet. The silicone round the sink was missing in some places. Overall we had a wonderful 10 night stay. The bar staff we friendly and welcoming, especially Antoneta and the yojng lady with the long. Blonde hair. Maria on the breakfast team was also lovely and friendly. Went to beach every day, very clean and sea very clear. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The Ikaros Beach is in my opinion by far the best hotel in the region. The complex is very upmarket and the resort is well planned out. We spent the October half term holiday here and it was everything we hoped for, relaxing, and quiet. If you wanted to venture further afield this isn’t the place for you at this time of year unless you hire a car, as the rest of the surrounding area was closed or closing for the winter. However the resort was so good this wasn’t a problem for us. Would definitely go back.

Bon. 4 étoiles pour moi.
Pas mal. Nourriture bonne. Piscines froides mais paisibles. Terrain de l'hôtel très soigné. Point faible : chambre un peu triste, très basique, plutôt trois-étoiles, Mais propre. Et calme. Autre point faible, les lieux en dehors de l'hôtel. Il n'y a absolument rien, sauf des endroits pour louer des voitures et des Quads. Ils ont vraiment besoin de construire des trottoirs c'est dangereux comme c'est. Cela n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel bien sûr. En tout pour le tout, l'hôtel a beaucoup de bons points. Vacances très agréable.

Wonderful beach resort
The Ikaros Beach Hotel is a fantastic place to stay... beautiful stone architecture throughout comfortable rooms along the coast, incredible food and wonderful staff! Our sons loved the large waves at the beach while we were here in July. Kids club was great too!

Beautiful Hotel, untrained staff..
The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, clean offering excellent dining options. Great views from pools, restaurants, rooms. It caters for every type of holidays and the little town near by is much more quiet and quaint than Malia ( crazy party town ) All is great there but the staff...I can't count how many issues we had with people that obviously need training. From day one till our last hour it has been very unpleasant. All issues sorted by higher staff management at some point but still this has left us a bitter memory. Lots of stress discussing issues and barely any apologies while trying to sort them out. It was always our fault and making us feel guilty saying they should be home by now or would have to pay themselves if bill not settled?! Not sure what kind of customer service is that. There's a mistake fine let's sort it out but don't pressure the client and put all blame on them when we were more than happy to pay what was due. Same at the restaurant some very nice and kind people, few were not very warming, feeling a bit embarrassed sometimes. I hope they improve on this matter as Greece is well known for its hospitality and this was the first time I encountered such a bad reception team for a hotel of this standard. I believe they aim to offer the best we just got unlucky..

Отель очень понравился
Брали большой номер с бассейном и практически не выходили из него, вид на море и горы, просто обалденный. Очень хорошие завтраки! Чистота везде, зелень, цветы, отель выполнен в средневековом стиле, как будто гуляешь по какому-то старому городу. Единственный минус это пляж, грязноват, много водорослей и лежаки стоят близко к друк другу, не очень комфортно, поэтому и балдели в своем номере.

Perfect end of season holiday
We have just spent a week in late Oct / early Nov at the Ikaros resort, and had one of our best holidays ever. The resort was spotless, the staff welcoming and friendly, and the food and drink top class. The facilities cannot be faulted an we would not hesitate to recommend.

We want already to come back.
It's just great resort. The location is great. The facilities are wonderful. We were a couple on vacation and first when I've seeing the kid guests I thought it would be noisy. But The resort is very well planned - it felt like not crowded at all. There were plools for kids and just great SPA for adults. It has 4 or 5 restaurants on the territory of the resort - so you don't need (or actually you don't want) to go anywhere else. There's a direct access to the sea with good sand beach. Everything is clean and well maintained. The SPA is fabulous and almost empty. The hot sauna with a great view on mountains There are plenty facilities for kids - like kindergargden, special pool with water slides and I think more - just was not interested in it. There are perfect tennis courts and the one who's interested can take tennis lessons. We regretted we did not take our rackets with us. The stuff is very helpful and nice. The food is great. You really don't want to leave the resort - you have everything there, even supermarket and a gift shop. The resort itself reminds a small cosy village with a main building, SPA building and even a chirch. All the rest appartments are spread around as village houses. We already want to come back!. Great resort with very friendly staff. We were made to feel special and they made our stay with 2 very young kids very pleasant. The pool with the water slides is fantastic and the kids club is very good. We only stayed for 4 nights, wish we had booked for longer as there are many things to do in the resort, many restaurants to choose from with different events every night, and we would definitely not get bored there. Many young families but good for couples also as there are adult only areas and the kids are kept well entertained in the kids pool or the mini club not to annoy other people. We would definitely go back. Crete is also an amazing magic place that has so many places to explore and you fall in love with it.
