On the surface, the hotel provides a beautiful setting. The decor is high class. The concierge and the hotel receptionist were warm and friendly. The gift shop cashier on the other hand must have been having a bad day. She didn't greet us upon entering as we were the only guest in the shop at the time. When asked a question, she gave the impression she was rude and we were bothering her. Because of that, we wouldn't spend a dime in there. We also found the bedroom's head board to be filthy with grease and lent. Hopefully, you would have a better experience.
