Modern family retreat just steps from the beach.

Constructed in 2015 and 20 steps from the beach, our 4 bedroom (plus den), 3.5 bathroom (plus 2 outdoor showers) kid-friendly home is perfect for your family getaway. Includes 6 adult season beach passes.

Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, tools, etc. 5 burner gas range, double oven, drawer microwave, oversized French door refrigerator.

Primary suite has private ocean-facing deck/outdoor shower and inside 2-person soaking tub.

3 Queen bedrooms (including primary), 1 bedroom with twin bunk beds, and the futon couch in the den converts to a single bed (and the doors close).

Upper LR deck has gas grill and dining table. Lower deck has porch swing and adirondack chairs. Garage accommodates 2 cars inside (and room for another on the street).

Downstairs storage room has everything you need for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and more. Also a “dorm” fridge to keep your beach beverages cold.

After the beach you can hose off your feet on the side of the house or opt for the private cedar outdoor shower with separate dressing room.

2-zone central air/heat system (paid for w solar panels, so it’s guilt free), or windows galore if you want to let in the ocean breezes!

Walkable (less than 0.5 miles) to restaurants (including Lost & Found, Lost at Sea, Grotta di Fuoco, Five Ocean, and more) bakeries/coffee (Blacksmith’s Breads, Baked By The Ocean, Dough Hut), pizza, ice cream, groceries, and more!

Excellent little house by the beach

Amazingly clean and well equipped little house. Beautiful location and cozy place that is fantastic for a vacation. We were there during an ironman race and despite the rain and wind, it was still an outstanding place to stay. Would come here again absolutely!

EXCELLENT PROPERTY EXCELLENT LOCATION !

What an EXCELLENT place! Which created an EXCELLENT family adventure! Roger is an excellent host. He always had quick communication and clear instructions. It is an AWESOME Home! It was SOOOOO GREAT for all the adults and AMAZING for my almost three year old grandson! Very child friendly but excellent for the adults so something for everyone. Perfect perfect, perfect home on the beach. Very accessible to many places. I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat, it is a fantastic home. Great house in a great location

We rented this house for a family vacation with my two small children and my parents. The house is in great condition and has all the amenities you could possibly need. It's just a couple houses down from the beach and is walking distance to lots of restaurants. The host was very communicative and welcoming and the check-in process was a breeze. Highly recommend, would definitely stay here again the next time we're in town.

Family event in Lido Beach

The house was immaculate and well stocked. It is steps from the beach and has outdoor balconies to chill, read, bbq etc. Roger was a pleasure to deal with and promptly responded to any questions. It’s an easy walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the pier. Would highly recommend for both families and adults. The location and home are both fabulous!

Long Beach Long Island Waterfront Home

This home is truly a gem. Perfectly located and beautifully appointed the owners have a real great offering to anyone who loves the beach and wants to be walkable to just about everything that Long Beach offers. We just held a family gathering for our newest granddaughters christening and the logistics of getting everyone to and from a multitude of locations was made even easier because Roger was so very helpful with information and accessibility. He was available throughout our stay. The house is laid out great and gave each family member plenty of private space. For me it was waking up watching the sunrise and going to bed watching the sun set. For my wife it was as she put it "I felt like I was staying in a friend's house". Yes, I think that best sums it up, it felt like home! Book this house early, it will be booked whenever they make it available. Thank you, Roger & Family, for making our trip a success.

Family getaway in Long Island

My family and I stayed at this property for a week. From the moment we pulled up to the house and walked in it was more than we expected. The pictures give a true sense of the space. However, all of the top of the line appliances, toiletries, kitchen supplies, towels, pillows, sheets, blankets, games, toys for my four kids etc. were what made staying here one of our favorite places we have ever stayed at. We truly felt right at home cooking, sleeping or just hanging out and relaxing. The distance from the beach was a plus too, although it was too cold to enjoy it but we would definitely come back to this property in the summer! The owners from the moment we booked our stay we’re as friendly and accommodating to our needs. They were a pleasure to communicate with. We will have a lasting impression of their hospitality and their beautiful house! This is just not a property but a place to feel like home the moment you walk in! I would 100% recommend staying at this beautiful beach house! We hope to again!!
