I would like to express my great disappointment about our stay in your hotel. Although the location of the hotel was very convenient and we were close to Liverpool Street Station, the other aspects of our stay were very unpleasant.
Firstly, the rooms were very small and cramped. We even got a room with an accessible bathroom which was very poorly designed. The sink was way too low and small, making it very uncomfortable. Additionally, there was no ventilation in the bathroom which led to an unpleasant and stuffy feeling.
Not only the room, but also the staff was very disappointing. After we complained about the bathroom, the employees were very unfriendly and uncooperative. We felt that they did not take us seriously and were not willing to help us.
The window in our room was high up like in a basement and directly across was a noisy construction site. The noise started every morning at 8:00 am and we could not rest. Furthermore, our room was not cleaned during our stay, which was very disappointing.
I want to emphasize that we were not satisfied with our stay at Point A Hotel London Liverpool Street at all. The only positive aspect was the convenient location, but the other aspects of the hotel made our stay very unpleasant.
