Interesting area with lots to do even in the neighborhood, parks, restaurants etc. room and bathroom on the small side; although we kept the window open, it felt a bit stuffy and warm, ventilator helped

We stayed there with our two little kids and had a wonderful time. Staff was very friendly and competent. The team around the breakfast buffet was excellent and very attentive. Breakfast was delicious, they even served fresh salad, fresh fruits…. Continental and English breakfast. The rooms were fine, everything we needed was there. The rooms were cleaned daily. Short walking distance to Bayswater station so the location is top for a city break. The hotel is definitely recommendable - especially for families since breakfast and check out until eleven!

２０２３年７月に３泊しました。 スタッフの方も気さくで、快適な滞在でした。 泊まった部屋はシャワーが備え付けの部屋で、アメニティはシャンプーとミニ石鹸のみ置いてありました。シャワーは湯量も温度も問題なかったです。 毎日、クッキー、紅茶のティーパック、コーヒーパック、ミルクポーションを備え付けてくれました。 このミルクポーションが日本のものより容量が多く気に入ったので、買って帰りたいくらいでしたが、近くのスーパーでは見かけることができませんでした。 部屋には冷蔵庫、湯沸かしポット、扇風機などがありました。洗面台はとても小さく使いにくかったです。 庭？がよかったです。写真の通り。 また、朝食ブッフェは毎日同じメニューでしたが、美味しかったです。レストランスタッフも気さくで親切でした。 （口コミに書く約束、果たしましたよ！） 滞在中、日本人は見かけませんでした。 最寄りのベイズウォーター駅はエレベータ、エスカレーターは無かったので、荷物運びが大変。 パディントン駅までは徒歩２０分弱、道もほぼまっすぐで迷うことはないです。 またロンドンへ行くときはホテルの選択肢に入ります。 でも、せっかくなら、別のところへも泊まってみたいな、とも思います。

Bra hotell i Bayswater
Måste vara svårt att hitta ett bättre hotell till det priset. Mycket välskött och med bra personal. Rummet var inte stort men tillräckligt och badrum, TV mm fungerade perfekt. Frukosten utmärkt, t.ex färsk frukt varje dag. Läget bra, två tunnelbanestationer nära hotellet. Jag är mycket nöjd med mitt val av hotell!

Good location but small rooms
Great location and very close to shops and the park. We were aware when booking that the rooms are small, and with the 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids) plus luggages space was definitely tight. Room itself is clean, however we had an issue with our neighbour smoking and unfortunately the smell seeped into our room. We let the front desk know and was given an air freshener, however we had the same issue the next day. I don't think it was resolved properly which was unfortunate.

Staff were very attentive. Room was perfect for our needs and hotel is ideally placed for Kensington Palace or Hyde Park. Situated in a very quiet neighbourhood but walking distance to plenty of bars and restaurants.

The room we received was extremely small. We couldnt open our suitcases and need to open and close each time we needed something in our suitcase. Washroom was small as well. Sitting on tje toilet and your knees touch the sink in front of you. Also room was very warm. There was a fan but it still was warm. The pictures do not show the smallness of the rooms. Good thing we were only there 2 nights.

mold in the shower...horrible! The carpeting smelled awful. The size of the room was like a shoe box. Front desk people were very nice. The area was excellent, transport excellent. So, if you want location , this is the area. If you want a cleaner room, go elsewhere.

This hotel is wonderfully located, is safe, quiet and clean. However the room was so tiny as to be unmanageable, not evident from the photos. Also the staff, while polite, could neither make change for a small bill nor mail a postcard.

Really lovely hotel. Good location. Very convenient. Well maintained & clean. Friendly, helpful staff. All in all, a great stay. Would recommend & return ourselves. Only thing was, when booking, we were not made aware that the 'duplex' element of the triple is only half height. This meant it was extremely difficult to move, as bent double. Perhaps it should be mentioned in the description?

The reception was lovely but they had no idea how to process a cancellation. left due to mold in the bathroom and no air conditioning except a small fan, when the listing said it provided air conditioning. we did not like the conditions at all. the process to cancel was a nightmare.

The staff was exceptional. Our room was too small and the pictures online make it look bigger than it is. We were disappointed in that way and would not stay there again. We had the room that was next to lobby so it was noisy at times. Staff made experience better.

1人部屋を予約したもののトイレもシャワー室も別々の階とは聞いてないよー。ページに提示するべき。トイレにシャワーソープが置いてあるし、1日目はシャワー室に足拭きタオルが無し、2日目はバスタオルが無し。リピートはまず無しですね。

I was definitely a bit frightened after booking when I read on Google Maps about bedbugs! Luckily those are very old reviews and the hotel has clearly gone through some improvements since then. Right on the edge of Notting Hill but in a quiet neighborhood where you can get a good night’s sleep. The hotel upgraded me free of charge from a single to a double. I happened to visit on one of the few truly hot days in the London year: AC would have been nice but a fan and open windows was enough to keep me comfortable.

Pembridge Palace Hotel is difficult to find. It is about a mile from Paddington Train Station and Paddington Tube Station. Shopping is within walking distance. The rooms are quite small but this was within my budget. (London hotels are expensive.)

Nice budget hotel. Around 7 mins walk to the nearest tube station Bayswater and another one Queensway 2-3 mins after that. Rooms were very tiny and hallway was also narrow but beds were good and comfortable. Breakfast was not included for us (desk person told £11 per person which seemed a bit high - so we declined it) but overall stay was good and pleasant.

Very nice hotel in a nice area! The lobby is neat and the staff is very friendly and helpful. As a family of 4 with 2 children of 11 and 9 years old we stayed in the family room, which was nice and cosy, with the children’s beds on a mezzanine. The breakfast was very good and extensive. We especially liked the effort the staff made to provide our celiac daughter with a gluten-free breakfast every morning. Certainly a hotel to recommend!

Workers were very helpful and nice, room was very clean and comfortable, has a very nice outdoor area with seating (looked great at night with the fairy lights!) and the view from the room was amazing! The people in the reception area were fantastic, very helpful, especially Adam. The breakfast food was awesome and the workers encouraged us to take fruit with us when we left. The hotel is very close to underground stations and Portobello Markets. A good experience. It is an old hotel but the service was very good.
