Licht und Kühlschrank defekt, gebrauchtes Präservativ in Schublade, kaputte Federn in der Matratze die in den Rücken stachen, Canabis in anderer Schublade, Inder an Reception, die nicht Arbeiten wollen, Frühstück auf Minimum reduziert, wegen den Reklamationen erstattete die Managerin 50£ zurück - ein Tropfen auf einen heissen Stein….

Dear Urs,We already dealt with this issue while you were at the hotel. We also offered you another room, but you refused to move. We also refunded 50.00 to you. We have apologised profusely. It was human error in which a room attendant forgot to check the drawers in your room when she was cleaning it. It should never have happened, but sometimes things go amiss. I am not sure why this review had to be posted when the issue was resolved privately.
