Das Zimmer war sehr alt und schmutig wie auch die Einrichtung. Überall waren staub und fremden Haare. Das bad zimmer war das schlimmste, das wasser lief beim duschen nicht ab so dass mann sich mehr ekelte sich überhsupt zu duschen, der abfluss in der badwanne war verstopft mit fremden Haare. An der deckte pruzelte die farbe ab. Das klo war ein Horror, das wasser war so wenig und langsam so dass ganze Fäkalien hoch kammen. Beim Frühstück gab's nur Toastbrot mit butter und mermelade und Tee. Zum Schluß war von der Rezeption das bestellte auto zum Flughafen Heathrow 75 £ teuer wo wir aber bei hin fahrt zu hotel nur 45 £ beim Taxi bezahlt haben.

Sehr ungewöhnlich , dass man spät abends ein Schild an der Eingangstür vorfindet "Be back in a few minutes" und die Tür verschlossen ist

Therefore, there are occasions when we have to put the sign up for a few minutes if we need to move away from the front desk. Licht und Kühlschrank defekt, gebrauchtes Präservativ in Schublade, kaputte Federn in der Matratze die in den Rücken stachen, Canabis in anderer Schublade, Inder an Reception, die nicht Arbeiten wollen, Frühstück auf Minimum reduziert, wegen den Reklamationen erstattete die Managerin 50£ zurück - ein Tropfen auf einen heissen Stein….

Dear Urs,We already dealt with this issue while you were at the hotel. We also offered you another room, but you refused to move. We also refunded 50.00 to you. We have apologised profusely. It was human error in which a room attendant forgot to check the drawers in your room when she was cleaning it. It should never have happened, but sometimes things go amiss. I am not sure why this review had to be posted when the issue was resolved privately.

Gefallen hatte uns die Nähe zur U-Bahn. Nicht gefallen hat uns die Sauberkeit, Betten wurden in 1 Woche nicht neu bezogen, und auch so wurden die Betten nicht wirklich gemacht. Auch im Bad wurde nur das Klo mal geputzt. Das Frühstück war sehr dürftig, 2 Sorten Toast, 2 Marmelade, immer die gleiche. Auf Wunsch konnte man Croisants bekommen, aber es waren die, die man auch im Supermarkt kauft. Alles in allem kein Hotel zur Weiterempfehlung.

Kleines Hotel, freundliches Personal, super gelegen zur U-Bahn, alles sauber, Frühstück ok. Nur das Bett war leider sehr unbequem.

Ungezieferfallen unter de Bett, Lüftung im Bad funktionierte nicht, lautes Gebläse neben dem Fenster, Frühstück sehr dürftig, Dreck und Spinnweben in virlen Ecken.
