Ausreichend großes Zimmer (familysuite), Sonderbereich The level hat für entspannten Aufenthalt gesorgt, gutes Frühstück. Freundlicher Service. Fitnessraum ok, Restaurant zugig, bei Buchung mit Abendessen nur eingeschränkte Auswahl. Fahrstühle alt und teilweise kaputt, lange Wartezeiten am Lift.

Wir sind stolz darauf, unseren Gästen einen entspannten Aufenthalt und ein gutes Frühstück zu bieten. Ebenso freuen wir uns, dass Sie unseren freundlichen Service und den Fitnessraum schätzen.Wir bedauern, dass Sie Probleme mit den Fahrstühlen hatten und längere Wartezeiten in Kauf nehmen mussten. Wir sind uns dieser Problematik bewusst und arbeiten stetig an Verbesserungen, um unseren Gästen den bestmöglichen Komfort zu bieten. Ich war vor ein paar Jahren schon mal in dem gleichen Hotel und fand es von Lage und Athmosphäre her super. Direkt am Regent's Park und die U-Bahn vor der Haustür. Bei Anreise gab es etwas "Stress" mit dem Zimmer, das erste war nicht sooo schön....aber das Personal hat es gleich professionell gelöst und wir hatten dann ein perfektes Zimmer!. Frühstück perfekt. Es wird gerade umgebaut, daher ist der Frühstücksraum nicht so schön wie die normale Frühstücksraum, aber das muss ja eben irgendwann mal gemacht werden und hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört. Fazit: Ich würde wieder kommen und kann das Hotel für eine Londonreise sehr empfehlen!

Sehr zentrale Lage mit perfekter Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites, nettes Personal. Allerdings sind die Zimmer schon ein klein wenig angejahrt. Es ist aber alles da und top-sauber, also eigentlich kein Problem. Da das Hotel aber gerade wohl renoviert wird, dürfte sich dieser Schönheitsfehler in kürze wohl erledigt haben. Insgesamt aber ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, ich kann das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein geraten, aber ok, ist für London normal. Die Wände sind leider etwas dünn, daher hört man die Nachbarn leider. 3 Minuten zur nächsten U Bahn Station. Alles in allem kann man das Hotel aber auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schönes Hotel von wo aus man gute Anbindung in alle Richtungen von London hat. Freundlicher Service. Alles Bestens. Zimmer sind für Londoner verhältnisse sehr groß. Räüme sehr sauber, hübsche Dekoration und angenehme entsannte Atmosphäre. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich hervorragend! Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und das Zimmer hat uns grundsätzlich auch gefallen. Die Sauberkeit, vor allem im Bad, ist ausbaufähig, der Föhn ist eine Katastrophe. Der Schlauch wird sehr heiß, sodass man sehr aufpassen muss nicht daran zu kommen. Der Service im Hotel ist wirklich einwandfrei.

Das Einchecken dauerte ein bisschen lange. Das ist nicht weiter schlimm ausser man hat einen Termin in der Stadt. Die Beheizung der Zimmer ist nur über die einen Ventilator möglich, der macht Lärm! Da die Fenster alt und etwas undicht sind. Hat sich das Zimmer innert kurzer Zeit wieder auf ungemütliche Temperaturen abgekühlt. Würde deshalb das Hotel in der Winterzeit niemals buchen. Die Matratzen sind alt und ausgebeult - dürften wieder einmal ausgewechselt werden. Im Zimmer wird kein Wasser offeriert was eigentlich zum Standart in dieser Klasse sein sollte. Ansonsten ist die Lage toll und die Zimmer sind ruhig und sauber.

On the other hand, we truly regret to know that the room was not in line with your expectations due to the unpleasant room temperature, the difficulties with the air conditioning and the discomfort suffered with the mattress. We are saddened for not being able to assist you during your stay with these issues, providing you with prompt solutions to your unease and making your stay much more satisfactory. We would like to share with you that we are immersed in a refurbishment project plan that will include most of the areas of the hotel, even the rooms, and your comments will be taken into consideration for it. Tolles Hotel in schöner Gegend
Das Hotel ist nur ein paar Schritte von der nächsten Ubahnstation entfernt (3 Linien) und nur zwei Stationen vom großen Bahnhof King’s Cross St. Pancras. Direkt neben dem Regent Park ist es eine sehr schöne Gegend. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll modern mit dennoch einigen älteren Elementen eingerichtet, das Zimmer (mit Kingsize Bett) ist für ein Stadthotel geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gepäck kann problemlos am An- und/oder Abreisetag aufbewahrt werden. Das Frühstück ist etwas einfach, aber sehr köstlich - frisch zubereitetes Omlette ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Tolle Lage, super Service, gutes Frühstück
Das Hotel befindet sich in toller Lage, eigentlich kann alles zu Fuß erkundet werden. Eine Straße weiter ist auch gleich der Regent Park. Der Service und der Level Bereich sind super. Leider sind die Fenster undicht und daher ist es vor allem Nachts sehr laut, was sehr schade war.

Gepflegtes Hotel direkt am Regent Park
Wir waren vom Melia White House begeistert, da die Zimmer für ein Stadthotel sehr großzügig und gepflegt sind und das Personal außerordentlich bemüht und freundlich ist. Wir hatten Halbpension, was wir keine Minute bereut haben.Sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Abendbuffet hatten eine große Auswahl sehr guter Speisen. Es wurde immer sofort nachgelegt und das Angebot wechselte täglich. Wir würden bei einem erneuten Aufenthalt in London kein anderes Hotel ausprobieren.
