Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel, war es nicht schön. Würde dort nie wieder übernachten. Servis war schlecht, Klimaanlage kam kalte luft. Keine Essen Auswahl, Taxi sollte man selber bestellen.

Perfekt für 1 (oder mehr) Nacht in der Nähe des Flughafens mit Kinder (Familie). Das Hotel hat einen Indoor-Pool und das Restaurant (Caluccis) ist hervorragend. Gerne wieder.

Pictures of the property were deceiving. Bedroom was dusty, surfaces were dirty, it appeared items of cleaning had been missed or is not frequently cleaned. Bathroom faucet was stained. Once closed the plug in the sink could not be re-opened in the morning. Pictures on the website presented the public space entrance as quite grand and accurate, bedrooms were quite dated and I would have chosen the airport Hilton had it been for not for this. Staff nice. Sadly disappointing stay.

The halls smelled so bad and the room was not turned and cleaned there was still garbage on the basket from the previous people. The carpet was as so dirty and the bed and pillows smelled The entrance is ok and staff are nice but the hotel is terrible. The location is what you expect around the airport so average. It feels safe.

Checked in easily with the friendly and professional Silpa. Easy Uber drop off, great check in, sparkling clean, immaculate lobby, great family room, great executive lounge with a nice choice of food and beverages for the evening and breakfast. Stayed one night, would’ve loved to stay another as all the family were completely relaxed. Will definitely return, our new Heathrow hotel!

This is a real nice hotel, with a fully equipped gym and a large indoor swimming pool. Our only complaint is that it no longer is part of the Hoppa Bus shuttle service from Heathrow Airport, so we had to take a cab one way and a "private" car service back the next morning. We thought that staying at a hotel right near the airport would include a shuttle bus - preferably free.

Hotel fantastic. No staff on reception seemingly at any point in the day to take a phone call. All to do with checking in and simply wanting my wife to check in during the day without me when she wasn't named on the booking. As we couldn't get hold of the hotel we ended up checking in when I was available at 10pm. Two very tired children indeed.

Embarrassment to the Marriott name. Bed sheets were cheap and old. No hair dryer in the room, shower drain was clogged, bath towels were old and the coffee was the worst coffee I ever had. I saw one guest return his coffee it was so bad. Don’t stay here

The hotel is in a prime location to Heathrow airport (perfect for resting before flying) and the layout of the hotel was very well set up. The only negative that I had for this stay was my 4yo daughter locked herself into the bathroom (the emergency lock on the outside of the toilet was broken meaning we couldn’t access her) my daughter is autistic/primarily non-verbal and this was a deeply traumatic experience. We finally managed to get the lock/door opened but it took over 15minutes before any hotel staff came to the room. They did change our room and they gave us an upgrade to
