Hello, Thank you for the feedback, we will make sure to pass it on further. Yea we host quite a lot of people in our hostel and we had a maintenance issue with one of our boilers thus there during peak times hot water was not available for all. As for the heating, it is hard to find a good middle point for all of the guests; Had you spoken to us we would have tried to find a solution for you.
