We are terribly sorry to hear that you won’t be returning to us. Palácio do Governador is an hotel adapted from a 15th year old palace and all the original lines have been kept. This means that all rooms are different both is size and shape. The pictures we have on our website and others are merely an example of the several options the hotel has. When guest arrives and claims the room is not has the one shown in the picture we always try to change them to one that better suits their expectations, however, as we are aware, during your stay this situation was not possible due to high occupancy. The same goes for the mentioned sizes, we have Junior suites with 34m2 and Junior suites with 46m2 so an average is presented in order to roughly explain the room. Regarding the gift we do have information that on the 30th it has been placed a surprise in the room with sparkling wine, we will verify internally what happened and we truly apologize if this request was not followed through. We do not, in any way, punish our guests for their complaints. If there was only a bathrobe it must have been a mistake and we hope to have been able to fix it during your time with us. We do take our guests complaints seriously and want you to know we are looking into all the mentioned situations.
