Nice condo with minor shortcomings
Pros: - good location for exploring the island - nice community with BBQ area and pool - beach, restaurants and ABC store in walking distance - kitchen adequately equipped - lots of beach equipment - furniture in sleeping rooms is nice Cons: - noise from street and upstairs neighours - rather dark inside, lights were needed most of the day - generally clean with minor shortcomings (carpet not vacumed, dust not sufficiently removed from fans and ceiling) - sofa/couch needs to be replaced asap Summed up it was a good accommodation for our 7 day trip, but nothing overwhelming.

We had an enjoyable 9 day stay. Lost a day due to airline issues. Our condo was very clean but we had several electrical issues. None interfered significantly with our stay though.

Centrally Located
This condo is located next to great shopping and LiLikoi just down the road had excellent food. The condo is clean supplied with necessities to get started with a grocery store located about a mile away to pick up other food items need for the visit. The beach is only a 5 minute walk that we hit daily. The wagon their made it easy to lug our stuff down. Diane was super easy to work with on booking and changes we made. She has a binder with fun activities with contact information. We liked that for all excursions we went to the longest was 30 minutes with the rest being 10-15 minutes with the airport only 5 minutes away. The only thing we would have liked better was newer cooking pots and pans.

Perfect place for family stay
I took my 12yo son to a week long vacation trip right after New Year holidays. We had a perfect time and returned home refreshed and full of energy. The condo is clean, well equipped and comfortable, has a nice backyard. Walking access to beach, convenientce store, food restaurants. Diane is a great host showing true care about her guests. We hope to visit Kauai and stay there again some day.

Great stay
We had a very enjoyable stay. We had every thing we needed to be comfortable for the week. It was so nice to be able to eat in when needed and the pool was a plus with a great view. This was a pretty central location for us and we were able to visit most of the island. The chickens were entertaining as well.

Condo idéalement situé à Lihue
Situation parfaite pour ce condo afin d'explorer l'ile en totalité. Tout se trouve à proximité ( restaurants, commerces, etc...). Condo très propre. Kauai est une ile qui regorge de trésors. Nous avons adoré la découvrir durant 6 jours !

Location- best beach for swimming & surfing just across the street
Th unit is Clean, neat & full of kitchen stuffs like cookwares, utensils, seasoning, napkins, towel paper… There are beach towels, coolers, mosquitoes repellent & beach toys just like mentioned on the website. The owner, Diane, was very responsive, providing us detail of checking in & out. She was also very flexible on checking in & out time. The backyard of the unit is spectacular with the forest view. We enjoyed sitting outside in the balcony in the evening, so peaceful & beautiful. Would definitely recommend Diane’s unit with friends & family. Thanks Diane for letting us stay at your unit. Wonderful place to explore Kauai!
We loved the location to explore all parts of the island. We quickly felt at home in the condo and anything we needed was nearby. Highly recommend this condo. It comes with pet roosters to enjoy each time you sit on the lanai.
