We found dirty towels on the bathrooms cabinets All the pillows are dirty. Inside of the kitchen cabinets are messy and dirty. We can’t never use the hot tub. One shower was clogged The house is beautiful but definitely,they need a good house cleaning!

We were there for my father’s funeral at Boulder Veteran’s center 12 mins away. This is a nice house that is not taken care of. Carpets need stream cleaning badly. Many things broken could be fixed easily by a handyman. Fridge in kitchen not working you walk very far to the garage fridge put replacement in house NO cornhole as listed NO basketball as listed Broken ping pong paddles Hot tub LED says not serviced for over 100 days(gross) 2 bedrooms have 1 queen bed in them not 2 as listed Never got anything about the app to run heat and cameras Bad communication with host. One bathroom had sign that said out of order but it did seem to work. There was TP and garbage bags there but no shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, coffee, filters. Just not well appointed compared to all the other rentals we have stayed in. It is a nice location by a large park we went and played pickleball there since none of the games were playable at the house. WiFi is pretty bad as mentioned by others There are 2 twin trundles in the family room next to garage There is a pullout couch in the middle of the living room Extra pillows but no pillow cases. Washing machine but no detergent. Overall it needs a host who cares to repair damage and can write an honest accurate listing. Also a quick trip to Costco for amenities. They did leave a 4 page list of rules and fees they would charge me at the house but they have not offered any refund for all of the things that were not as listed.

The following was wrong with the house: Locks on front door and side door didn't work properly. One didn't lock at all, the front door didn't open. One bathroom didn't work, wifi was non existent, even though it was offered as an amenity. There was no heat for the home as it was broken. I reached out to the property tmanagement and received no response, the plugs in one bathroom didn't work. We attended a function in this same location 6 months ago and the same things were broken.

Needs Immediate Attention!
This is a beautiful home that fit our family of 11 perfectly. With that being said, It really needs some attention. I feel like the owner needs to take pause and re-look at he property and its needs. The outside furniture is fraying and the corn hole boards are weather rotted. The inside has many things that need attention. The locks on the doors are a joke (was in previous comments and not addressed). Front door doesnt even open. Back french doors off living room don't lock. We put a chair under the handles. The main door use is the door to the garage. Big beautiful fridge in Kitchen doesn't work. (Comments from July) Had to use fridge out in the garage. VERY inconvenient. You don't realize how much everyone needs in the fridge. Cleanliness: Some linens we stained. My daughters linens were not washed at all there was crud on her sheets and make-up on her pillow. Had to get our own towels out of the dryer. Cleaning rags left in washer. Pulled out a pan to start breakfast and it had cooked food in it still. The vacuuming was less then par still had crumbs in living room. House was not very well stocked. 1 pod dish washing pod for four days. No xtra trash bags for 11 people for 4 days. one little bit of laundry soap. (I always throw our towels and/or linens in to wash before we leave). No coffee pods. This is a beautiful home. I just feel like they need to re-look at the charge of the home make those improvements and make sure they are living up to their end of the deal.

Beautiful House But Minor Maintenance Issues
The house was very nice and was huge. But there were numerous maintenance issues and communication with the property manager was very slow. The kitchen had a beautiful commercial grade freezer/refrigerator unit, but the refrigerator did not work so we had to us a second refrigerator out in the garage. It surprised me that the regular refrigerator was not fixed and a previous review reported it broke during their stay in July.

Communication with owner was spotty, always very delayed. Fridge in the kitchen did not work upon arrival, a replacement fridge was delivered the following day and placed in the garage. Very inconvenient. AC in main section of the house had a hard time staying cool. Very low supply of toilet paper and no paper towels, had to ask for paper goods to be replenished. Broken and missing bathroom fixtures and missing knobs on main door handles which made it difficult to secure the home. Very little propane for bbq, had to ask for replacement tank. Very clear that the owner has very little oversight or concern foe his property or the tenants who are paying top dollar to stay there.

Amazing home!
This is the perfect home for a family. We loved the layout of the home. The only thing I found weird was that the master bathroom area does not lock. The toilet area locks, but if you want privacy for the tub or shower, it was not possible. The lock system was interesting, coming in and out through the garage was a safety hazard for my granddaughter. But if you are looking for a quiet, safe neighborhood , this is your place to stay. I’m grateful for the quick response every time we had questions.

The home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a pull our couch. The only issues we had is that it could use a little bit of TLC to make it perfect. Location for my family was excellent.

The family & I really enjoyed our stay, this place is now one of my top 5. house is really nice and very spacious, pictures don’t do justice. living room is the perfect hang out area. Overall very cozy and clean. minor cosmetic issues that I’m sure will be fixed in the future like the wall near the garage door and the tricky door knobs. Will definitely book again in the future.

Great for a Large Gathering
This house was a good fit for our large family gathering. The open floor plan made it comfortable for everyone. The office space was a nice touch for those that had to squeeze in some work while we were together. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for up to 20 people. However there weren't enough pillows and linens for all the beds. The house was also short on bath towels and it would have been nice to have a few extra for the hot tub. The outdoor space was great for the kids to play and there was also a neighborhood park up the street. The house could use a few repairs but overall was in decent shape.

Great stay but needs a little help
Absolutely loved how big and exquisite the house was! More than enough room and place for people to stay. The backyard was absolutely amazing and the basketball court got put to use. Our only problems with the place was the front door and backdoor dead bolt nobs kept falling off and we didn't know how to relock the doors until we were told you had to lift up. The door inside the garage to the house had a door stopper that was crooked so the door just went straight into the wall and had a hole from the door handle itself. And none of the bathrooms had towel hangers and one bathroom had a broken toilet paper holder. Other than that, I would totally stay again for the location, size and comfort

Beautiful home
The house was literally beautiful and well reserved jacuzzi did not heat up when we were trying to use it which was a big bummer. The host Peter was very nice and patient with our mishaps with the alarm issue and checking in process. Only complaint is that my husband and I reserved this home for our anniversary candle light dinner party that we did outside and this home is supposedly event friendly and was literally outside for just that and only for an hr or so and ended up getting a complaint from the host regarding a neighbor noise complaint also I did not appreciate that…that same neighbor was snooping around while driving by like if we were intruders I was very uncomfortable afterwards and disturbed by it fyi she was a white old lady and we are a Hispanic family if that makes things more clear which is what she made me and my husband feel like because the music we were playing was Spanish! I don’t know if I’ll go back honestly! The house and the host were great the big issue was the neighbor.

Was a great house and we enjoyed it, although could use a little TLC
The property is amazing for a large group, and was great for my family. My husband and I are in process of moving to Las Vegas and my children and grandchildren stayed in the rental home so they could be in town to help with the move. The location was not far from our home so was perfect. First look at the property is impressive. The bedroom arrangements, living space, and outside recreation areas are awesome. A few items did require some attention: The Keurig coffee maker was black on the interior of the water reservoir as was filled with mold/mildew. We had to sanitize it to make use of it - quite disgusting. The bar-b-que was great to have and we enjoyed using it, although it had been some time since it was cleaned. The old grease on the grill cause flames to extended outside the lid when we closed it to subdue them and the outside of it was extremely dirty/dusty. There were 4 chairs at the kitchen bar, although one was broken and unusable - a lot of bar space with not enough chairs. A load of cleaning rags were left wet in the washer which we had to deal with in order to use the washer/dryer. There is also an old refrigerator sitting in patio area that would be good to remove. Check-in was an issue to the extent that the system was not updated so that we could not gain access and it required we contact the owner and had some delay in the process, although this was not a big deal. The owner is very friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. All-in-all, this was a great property for us!

Even though house was located a short drive away from Downtown Vegas it was well worth it!!! Plenty of room, house is pretty open and you never feel clustered. Clean, as described, communication was great, and jacuzzi out back was a nice added touch! A must stay if you have a big group!!

Great property for our family trip!
We rented this property for “early Thanksgiving” with our kids and grandkids, and my “grand dog”. There was plenty of room for us all. There is a spa, basketball court, pool table and games. I’m hoping we will be able to go back again. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with a beautiful park within walking distance. The property owners were very accommodating and easy to deal with.

The owner is a laid back about the property. Several spots were left unpainted, there is black mold in one of the showers. In the kitchen, the utensils and silverware were minimal. When we arrived, the propane for the gas grill was empty. The owner told us to go buy some. My wife said that he could do it. This could be a nice property with some TLC.

Perfect for Lake Mead boaters
We had a group of 10 people stay at the house and there was plenty of space! Fun backyard with corn hole. Peter met us there and showed us around the house. It was super clean and has an awesome security system. We even ran out of trash bags/soap one day and he was so nice to bring us more supplies immediately. The car ride to the lake is about 15 minutes. We highly recommend this house!!

Nice safe neighborhood, lots of parking. House was really nice and spacious. Kitchen nicely stocked - even some staple stuff. Owner was super easy to deal with. Would stay again next time in town. We were boating on Lake Mead and location was perfect for that, close to the Lake. Nice parks & walking, running bike trails near the property.

Great place for a big group
There are plenty of sleeping areas and sufficient bathrooms for 15+. The common space is wonderful for hanging out. The kitchen, living room, and two dining tables are all in an open area. Fridge and freezer are huge. That said, we did feel there weren't enough towels. Given the hot tub, it would have been nice to have extra towels in addition to one per person. Soap was also short...no laundry detergent and almost empty hand soap dispensers and dishwasher detergent. Those simply would have been nice touches to make the stay perfect. The owner was responsive though when we asked.

We had a great time at the property. Easy check in the owners also walked us through the property. Plenty of room. We had a wedding on the property and about 40 guests and there was plenty of room and everybody had a great time on the property. Plenty of rooms plenty of beds. Perfect place would recommend to everybody meeting a large single-story home to entertain people.

Family Reunion for Dad's 80th Birthday - Fantastic Place to Stay
My siblings and I have only been all together twice in the past 20 years or so, mostly due to some living internationally, etc. In any case, our dad's 80th birthday was great motivation to make it happen again with Vegas being the most regionally logical place for the few that are far away to fly into. This property that we rented for 12 adults and 4 children to stay in was perfect for the weekend. They layout allows for gathering spaces for big groups while the rooms and the quantity of bathrooms was the functionality we needed. The casita in the back of the home was perfect for my sister and her four children. We didn't use the jacuzzi, grill or pool table, but those items were nice touches that we'll keep in mind for our next trip to Vegas. We'll definitely be returning as the stay at this house was a great value and highly functional for what we needed.

Amazing Stay
The property was perfect for our family get together. It was large, beautiful and clean. Our family was there to celebrate the first death anniversary of our beloved father the last week of 2019. We searched for a property that was close to Boulder Veteran’s cemetery but still close enough to Las Vegas. Pete and Mel are amazing property owners. My mom was anxious about the whole visit and they were very kind and accommodating with our messages and inquiries. The property is large and had ample parking for our vehicles. It is just as described, well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, a Keurig coffee maker, outdoor grill and rice cooker which was great for our large Asian family. The family area was extremely comfy. We spent most of our time just hanging out there talking and watching tv. It was a wonderful, relaxing stay. We would definitely recommend the home and thank Pete and Mel for their kindness and responsiveness during our stay.

Great Staycation for our Company Retreat
This house was perfect for our company retreat and gave us enough space for our team to enjoy hanging out, cook most of our meals, and engage in work. We took advantage of morning walks on the trail system just a couple blocks from the house - nice view of the Vegas valley and the Strip from the trails. The host had great communication and made sure our stay met our expectations. The house was clean, plenty of kitchen essentials, and very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our family in a time of need
Beautiful home that was warm and inviting. Our family was coming together for a funeral, and was having significant difficulty finding hotel rooms in the area. Because we chose to go with this home, we actually spent more time together as a family comforting each other and sharing stories. The kitchen was perfect for our large family meals, and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready for the service. The owner was amazing and so incredibly helpful in showing us the property and amenities. The office was even an amazing little spot for my mother and I to get some work done without feeling too left out, or being too disturbed. We are actually hoping to book this property again for future family gatherings.

The house was perfect for our family gathering. We had 8 adults and 6 kids, including 2 little ones who had their own bedroom and 4 teens who shared the trundle beds in the billiard room. Location was good, being about 20 minutes from airport and The Strip. Our main activity was in Henderson, so it was even better. Neighborhood was quiet and close to great biking/walking trail. Also also close to good shopping for quick trip to pick up anything we needed. Two pullout bed were not used. We could have slept 18, as advertised.

Great for large group!
This was a great property for a large group. We had 13, but there was more than adequate room for 18. Most of the bedrooms had king size beds. It would have been nice to have some extra linens, towels and pillowcases in particular. Plenty of extra pillows. The property is 15-20 minutes from the airport depending on traffic , about 20 minutes to lake Mead, and 20 minutes or so from the Strip. Located in a beautiful neighborhood with a park and trail within walking distance. Home and kitchen are well furnished. Would definitely recommend or rent this property again. There was a little glitch with the check in process but owner was quick to respond and help us get into the property. Also very helpful when something was forgotten, after check out, with retrieving it. Thanks for an amazing experience!
