Von Anfang an haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. So ein Hotel hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr. Es hat alles gepasst, von den Zimmern über das Essen die Mega Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ausnahmslos alle. Man sieht das das Management sich kümmert. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.

The hotel met if not exceeded all our expectations. We took the all inclusive package. The buffet selection was huge and very good. The all-inclusive package also included the alcoholic drinks as well as the pool bar, which made everything much easier. The direct beach access is great and the beach (although not private and rather small) is very nice. The water is glass clear and since the beach is in a bay, the water is very calm. So optimal for families with small children. Although the hotel was fully booked, we always found a sunbathing area with shade or umbrella. Only the towels for the pool area were a bit scarce. There was only one set of bath towels handed out per person per day and no exchange was made possible to get a dry towel. However, this was just a detail that we were happy to put up with. We booked a family suite with a view of the sea, beautiful 😊 The room was big enough for the 4 of us (two adults and two kids 11 & 13) and had good air conditioning. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. Twice a day our room was cleaned or checked. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. With the city bus (stop right in front of the hotel) you can get to the city center quickly and easily for shopping, partying etc. In summary, very good and happy to return!

Begrüßung top. Sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer und Ausblick hevorragend. Der Strand vom Hotel erreichbar, schöner Garten vielen Pflanzen und tolle, saubere Meeresbucht. Das Essen war phänominal und mehr als ausreichend. Der Preis war gerechtfertigt. Schlecht: Retortendorf ohne Einwohner, muss es auch geben, aber es wird noch immer gebaut, Ayia Napa ist noch viel schlimmer. Kein Dorfleben nur Touris.

Die Gartenanlage ist das Überragende am Hotel. Die Sonnenliegen sind nicht zu nahe zueinander und man kann sie gut umherschieben. Das Restaurant lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Das Angebot ist etwas zu üppig und verleitet dazu, die Teller zu häufen, was dazu verleitet, dass viele Gäste halbvolle Teller stehen lassen. Das Personal lässt beim Abräumen immer wieder Besteck fallen, was sehr störend ist.

Umfeld gut, Superiorzimmer viel zu klein
Wir hatten zwar ein Superiorzimmer gebucht, fanden aber wirklich schade , dass sie solch ein Zimmer "superior" nennen dürfen, es war definitiv zu klein. Gegen einen Aufpreis von € 10.-/Tag haben wir ein etwas grösseres erhalten. Wir fragen uns echt, wie denn ein Standardzimmer aussieht.

schönes Hotel zum Entspannen und Baden
Wir waren zum Abschluss einer selbstorganisierten Rundreise für 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel. Gebucht haben wir lediglich Ü/F und waren damit sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet einfach alles! Gefehlt hat mir lediglich eine Möglichkeit auf dem Zimmer Kaffee und Tee zubereiten zu können. Dieses Hotel liegt an einer Sandbucht und verfügt über eine "grüne, blühende Oase" mit kostenlosen Liegestühlen. Zum Strand führt eine Treppe. Am Strand direkt gibt es städtische Liegen und Sonnenschirme, die jedoch gebührenpflichtig sind. Alles in allem ein sehr schönes Hotel, wo wir uns gut erhölt haben.

Strandhotel Crystal Springs, schönes Hotel an herrlicher Mini-Bucht
Wir waren leider nur zwei Tage in Crystal Springs, da wir eine Inselrundfahrt tätigten. Diese zwei Tage waren der luxeriöse Highlight des Urlaubes. Entspannung pur an einer Mini-Bucht mit glasklaren und ruhigem Wasser. Schnorcheln und Schwimmen kein Problem. Das Crystals Springs scheint neu renoviert, farblich etwas gewagt, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Das Abendessen war köstlich und abwechslungsreich. Frühstück etwas britisch gehalten, aber man konnte trotzdem etwas Passendes finden. Die Animation schön zurückhaltend, aber wer wollte trotzdem vorhanden. Falls wir nochmals nach Zypern fliegen, dann auf jeden Fall wieder Crystal Springs.

The hotel is sat at a very pleasant quiet bay. Staff were friendly and breakfast wad decent and catered for all options (though my husband wasn't very impressed quality-wise). This was a couples holiday and so I would not return to the hote as I think it was very family oriented, especially with the entertainment in the evening, which we could hear quite loudly from our room until about 11pm. Overall, however, it was a good stay. Good gym as well 👍

The hotel is about an hour from larnaka airport. Great location with shops bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The hotel is delightful, the staff are very kind and welcoming. I had booked a room with no balcony and inland view but was upgraded to a balcony sea view room at no cost. They had put out a complimentary bottle of champagne and fruit platter in my room on arrival, very nice touch! The breakfast buffet is as you’d expect, lots to choose from, with a live cooking section. Lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers, the beach bar does an array of drinks, cocktails and gorgeous bar food. A stunning private beach awaits at the end of the hotel, sun loungers are €2.50 for the day. The have evening entertainment until 11pm although I headed out most evenings. Had a lovely lunch (on the house) with one of the hotel staff on my last day. They genuinely care about feedback and ways in which they can improve the service. My only complaint was that you can hear the crickets in the middle of the night which, if you are a light sleeper can be a bit of a struggle. Besides that I have absolutely no reservations in recommending this hotel whether you are traveling with family, as a couple or solo like me you will have a great stay here!

We enjoyed the garden very much. We were spending all day out in a natural shade. Activation for kids was great, as well as food. Room was fine and clean, furniture might be renewed. Service was also great. The beach is not private and reserved for hotel guests, therefore not in a best shape, but the water was perfect and clean.

Awesome Hotel next to the beach
We arrived Larnaca after midnight. At check-in they provided us a bottle of welcome Champagne drink , sandwiches, fruits and 2 bottles of water. Breakfast buffet was awesome with a variety of selection and was more than enough. Everything was self service. Pool was a pretty good size and more than adequate loungers(not at height of peak season yet tho). The beach was in a cove and therefore had that "private feeling". The sea was awesome to swim in and go snorkeling. The hotel is interconnected with many other hotels and sailing club you can just walk around on the beach front. If you decide to stay on the beach and use the loungers be prepared to pay EU2.50 each item. Ask for receipt and it's yours to use for the day. The local buses pickup and dropoff is right outside the hotel that will take you to Ayia Napa, Protaras, Paralimi etc. Soo convenient. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Amazing experience
I have visited Crystal Springs Beach Hotel during the month of May. The overall stay was a very pleasant experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly, always ready to solve some issues. the pool is clean, the areas around the beach are very well maintained with green grass and flowers everywhere. The food is delicious in all bars and restaurants. The only concern I have is its location which is far from Protaras Center where all the nightlife is located. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to have a relaxing stay.
