I now know to not stay here again.
First off, when we arrived, the elevator broke. Now I understand things happen, however we had a elderly woman who happen severe trouble going up and down the stairs. And when asked for a first floor, they were all booked, seemed pretty empty to me especially when I saw able bodied people coming from the first floor.
Second, the website stated that they had take-away cribs, the person at the front desk stated " I didn't even know those existed", so they did not have those. And then they ran out of toiletries, and did not know they did one person said "I just came in this morning".
And finally, they were letting neighborhood children eat breakfast for free, that were clearly not staying there because they noticed I watched them the night before running around the hotel lobby and staff had to kick them out!
Not staying here again, always Holiday Inn, now know forever Holiday Inn.
