Hotel direkt am Strand
Check in erfolgte beim 1.Mal sehr langsam. Da wir krank waren und die junge Frau an der Rezeption anfragten ob wenigstens unsere Tochter vor 15 Uhr ihr Zimmer bekommen könnte, kam nur ein "sie müssen sich gedulden, die 3 Deluxe Zimmer werden noch gereinigt." Das war um 14 Uhr. Da es meiner Tochter wegen Jetlag und einer Erkältung mit Fieber nicht gut ging, war es nicht so schön gewesen im Restaurant zu warten. Wir erhielten dann um 15 Uhr unsere 2 Zimmer. Das 3. Zimmer erst um 15.45 Uhr. Wir buchten 3Deluxe Zimmer und bekamen einen Upgrade mit Blick auf den Pool/etwas Meeresblick. Die Mini Bar ist mit Softdrinks gefüllt. Das hätten sie uns mitteilen können, denn diese sind umsonst. Egal, aber die 3 Deluxe Zimmer sind sauber und die Twin Betten auch ok gewesen. Badezimmer war mit einer ebenerdige Dusche auch ok. Im Superior Zimmer sind die Möbel schon sehr veraltet gewesen, sowie das Badezimmer. Dieses Zimmer buchten wir auch beim 2. Aufenthalt. Aber ich würde es nicht mehr buchen. Wenn dann nur das Deluxe Zimmer. Überall im Hotel sieht man fleißige und freundliche Mitarbeiter und die Gärten werden gepflegt. Frühstück war für uns auch sehr gut und reichhaltig mit vielen asiatischen Leckerei. Der Raum war unten neben dem Pool zum Strand hin. An dem Tag war es sehr voll gewesen und darum war es nicht so gemütlich. Wir würden, wenn wir wieder bei der Ankunft in Kuta wären Grand Inna buchen, da es wegen dem Strand zum Surfen nicht weit ist. Unsere Tochter ist Surfanfängerin.

Therefore we would suggest you use this area during stay and since most of travelers here are family oriented, they are bringing kids and playing at public area. toller meerblick auf Kuta Beach, Zimmer sind hellhörig, das Bad benötigt dringend Renovierung eine gründliche Reinigung reicht nicht mehr(Schimmel, der Toilettensitz ist schon gelb und nicht mehr weiss, Ekelfaktor!..)In meinem Zimmer befindliches Sofa hat ekelhafte Flecken und voller Milben! Wifi ist vorhanden, aber sehr langsam genauer gesagt unbrauchbar! Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und mit toller Meerblick, leider ist der Raum durch den Ansturm nicht gewachsen. Man muss um einen Tisch öfters warten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.. sehr gute Lage um Kuta Square und Kuta Beach

Hotel top, Bali flop
Außerordenlich serviceorientiertes Personal!!! Sowohl check-in, als auch check-out waren ruckzuck erledigt. Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was in dieser Kategorie erwartet wurde. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit asiatischen und westlichen Köstlichkeiten. Großer, erfrischender Pool im Innenhof. Leider kann ich den Strand, sowie die Umgebung nur als eine große Katastrophe betrachten. Der Strand war an der Wasserline, auf der gesamten Länge, vermüllt. Obwohl mit viel Personal und Baumaschinen gereinigt wurde, war kurze Zeit später wieder reichlich Plastkmüll angeschwemmt. Somit der Strand während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht nutzbar. Baden nur im Hotelpool möglich. Auf den Straßen Stau bis spät in die Nacht.

Hotel ganz schön. Pool wunderbar. Außerhalb des Hotels sehr abstoßend weil: Strand am Kuta Beach völlig mit angeschwemmtem Müll bedeckt. Müllfreier Strandbereich mit Händlern aller Art blockiert. Ein Sonnenbad am Strand undenkbar. Straßen voll von Motorrollern, Autos und Taxis

Schöne und große Hotelanlage
Wir haben ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Deluxe-Zimmer bekommen. Wir hatten keinen Balkon, aber das hat uns überhaupt nichts ausgemacht. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle immer total freundlich und nett. Die Pools waren alle warm. Probleme hier ins Wasser zu kommen, gibt es nicht. Nach dem Frühstück, das bis 10.30 Uhr geht, werden die Tische am Pool weggeräumt und dafür Liegen aufgebaut. Wir waren hauptsächlich an dem Pool mit Blick auf das Meer, weil hier zusätzlich Musik gespielt wurde. Wer es gerne ruhiger mag, geht an einen der anderen beiden und auch wunderschönen Pools. Die Klimaanlage haben wir im Zimmer immer aus geschaltet gelassen. Trotzdem war es dort immer kalt. Täglich gab es zwei kleine Flaschen (330 ml) Wasser kostenlos. Das Frühstück war umfangreich und sehr lecker. Wir würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Gutes Mittelklasse Hotel mit eigenem Strandzugang
Das Hotel liegt in Kuta nahe an alle Restaurants und Märkten. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. 3 tolle Pools und vor allem direkter Zugang zum Strand!!!!! Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wen das nicht stört der kriegt ein klasse Hotel zu einem guten Preis Lesitungsverhältnis. >Denn alles war da und hat funktioniert. Transfer vom Hotel zum Flughafen wird für 200kRupien angeboten. Abholen Weiss ich nicht.

Location great, on the beach, heaps of eateries, massage, breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a little annoying was if you forgot to put a tab to your room you had to pay when at the pool. Otherwise would stay again.

Lovely hotel, right on the beach. All large pools with plenty of room to sit. If I had a negative it would be the location right up the beach end of Kuta you always seem to have a lot of traffic to get through to go to Legion to Seminyak.

This hotel is wonderful. It's close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and massages. There are spa treatments in the hotel, but if you want a lower price, go to the places on the street. The rooms are a nice size and the hotel offers a really nice buffet breakfast. Staff are very nice and helpful.

This is an old run down property. With the ceilings and roofs around the property, especially near the pool, looking like it could collapse at any moment. The price is cheap compared to other hotels. For 1x week stay, it is cheaper than the hard rock hotel 50 metres away , by $400 AUD. I wish I had paid the extra $400 I suppose you get what you pay for.

Central property. Great location. Very quiet many people from Australia aren’t staying in Kuta anymore. A lot of Indians and Muslims. Lovely staff, good for the price and great location.
