Nachdem wir schon mal vor 6 Jahren in diesem Hotel waren und es uns damals sehr gut gefallen hatte dachten wir wir kommen wieder. Leider war das ein Riesen Fehler wo sind die 4.5 Sterne? Die Zimmer sind alt dreckig und abgewohnt. Als Dusche gab es eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang mit Schimmel gratis dazu. Das Bett war für 2 Personen winzig .Die Sperrkette an der Tür war abgekniffen. Zum Glück war mein Mann dabei alleine als Frau hätte ich Angst gehabt da auch jeder der das Hotel besucht hat auf jede Etage kam da auch hier das Zugangssysthem mit Karte inzwischen defekt war. Der Hammer war der Raucherbereich gegenüber eines öffentlichen Parkhauses ausserhalb der Hotelanlage ausser Sichtweite des Hotels und Abends auch nicht ausgeleuchtet. An alle Frauen meidet dieses Hotel. Das Frühstück und der Poolbereich waren okay. Gute Kleidung sollte man zum Frühstück nicht anziehen da die Stühle total dreckig waren. Oft ist es üblich das in den Hotels ein Deposit verlangt wird in unseren Fall waren es 300 Ringitt alles soweit in Ordnung wir haben es bar bezahlt. Nachdem wir auscheckten haben bekamen wir dann keine 300 Ringitt zurück nein auf diese Summe wurden nämlich einfach mal Steuern erhoben. Das haben wir in keinen anderen Hotel jemals erlebt. In diesem Hotel geht um Profitmaximierung ohne in den Erhalt des Hotels zu investieren. Fazit nie wieder das Impiana

Fake-Hotelbilder; marode; schmutzig - Impiana KLCC - darum 3x Null-Sterne - Das Hotel wirbt auf Expedia mit den eingestellten Bildern mit einem Blick auf die Twin-Towers - dieser Blick ist nicht gegeben. Zwei Hochhäuser, eines davon neueren Baujahrs, versperren den Blick zu den Towern. Die Spitze des rechten Turms ist zu sehen. Die gezeigten Hotel Bilder auf Expedia spiegeln nicht die Realität vor Ort wider - Fake-Bilder. Es wird auf den Bildern des Hotels ein Infinity Pool gezeigt, der so nicht existiert. Es handelt sich bei dem Schwimmbecken um einen Außen-Pool in der 4. Etage des Hauses über dem Hoteleingang zur Straße mit teilweise kaputten und schmutzigen Alu-Liegen, die nicht aus Holz und mit Auflegern sind. Das Hotel wirbt zudem mit moderneren und sauberen Zimmern. Seit dem Bau des Hotels wurden offensichtlich keinerlei Instandhaltungsmassnahmen durchgeführt. Es gibt einfach nichts, was nicht kaputt und/ oder schmutzig ist - kein schönes Gefühl. Der Frühstücksraum wird auf den Bildern anders gezeigt als die harte Realität aussieht. Eine laute Flughafenatmosphäre gepaart mit Schmutz an den Tischen und Sitzmöbeln runden das traurige Buffet-Angebot ab. Nachgelegt wird auf dem Buffet kaum etwas - kein schöner Start in den Morgen und das an ausnahmslos jedem Morgen. Ich habe über Expedia bereits viele Reisen und Hotels gebucht. Das Hotel ist das bisher schlechteste Hotel - trotz guter Hotelbewertungen von anderen Gästen.

Gut gelegen, aber...
Ich habe jetzt das 3. Mal in diesem Impiana Hotel übernachtet. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut mitten in KL und ist super an das KLCC angeschlossen - sodass man trocknen Fusses in das Congress Center kommt. Im Grunde ist es auch von den Zimmern ein recht angenehmes Hotel, da die Zimmer schön gross sind und recht zweckmässig eingerichtet sind. Leider musste ich dieses Mal feststellen, das die Prozesse im Moment nicht stimmen und auch die Sauberkeit - trotz Beschwerde - nicht wirklich topp ist. Ich bin allergisch auf Federn und habe direkt Zudecken und Kissen aus Synthetik bestellt. Diese Bestellung musste ich leider 3mal wiederholen - und habe dann im 22.30 Uhr 2 neue Kissen und eine Wolldecke bekommen. Warum es immer noch diese hässlichen braunen Wolldecken gibt, ist mir ein Rätsel - wo es doch sehr gute synthetische Zudecken zu kaufen gibt... Ich habe am 2. Tag der Rezeption gemeldet - dass die Badezimmertür sehr unsauber aussieht und das die Lichtschalter am Bett links nicht funktionieren. Man hat mich gebeten, das eben mal für das Mangement aufzuschreiben... Es ist leider nichts passiert. Ich habe mich am nächsten Tag wieder gemeldet - und man hat mir vergewissert, dass es behoben würde... Ich habe 8 Tage in diesem Hotel gewohnt - und es ist NICHTS passiert. Und das finde ich unglaublich. Meine Bereitschaft wieder hier zu wohnen, ist nun leider sehr gering. Schade, das ein Hotel nicht in der Lage ist, sein Hotel und die Kundschaft so zu pflegen, wie es angebracht ist.

Gutes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Schönes Hotel in zentraler Lage,direkt am KLCC Park und den Twin Towers. Auch die Metro ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, der Service freundlich und das Zimmer modern eingerichtet. Auch der Pool war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war gut und es war für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei.

Toller Pool- gute Lage . Gegenüber 100 meter nach rechts zum Aquarium hält der Hop and Trop bus. Alle halb Stunde ( unpünktlich!) Bar mit Sicjt auf Petronas Tower. Leider ist das Personal in den Bars schlecht oder nicht geschult. Essen besser auswärts! Frühstück sehr vielfältig und sehr gut! Auch Cappuccino und heisse Schokolade auf Wunsch ohne Aufpreis- grossartig.

Gute Lage - Leider sehr sehr ringhörig
Die Lage ist sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich. Leider wie schon in anderen Ländern das selbe Problem gehabt; Hotelzimmer mit Zwischentüre erhalten. Alles und ich meine alles vom Nebenzimmer wunderbar gehört. Ich denke das Hotel war nicht ausgebucht, weshalb man die Gäste sicher besser verteilen sollte.

I loved my recent stay at Impiana Hotel KLCC. Abeautiful hotel, my room was modern, luxurious, quiet with comfortable bed. Breakfast in the mornings was fantastic, great range of foods and tastes. The staff were so polite and friendly and very helpful. Location wise, it is close to eveything, the Petronas towers are 5 min walk away, restaurants and bars are within walking distance. I would happily recommend staying at Impiana hotel KLCC.

So this is an honest review of why we have rated this so low...negatives: 1. Took 30 mins to check in 2. Used condom wrapper in clear sight on floor near the bed in a room that had apparently been cleaned 3. Half a pill/tablet in clear sight on the floor of the bathroom entrance 4. Pool, although big and refreshing, the water is very dirty and the bottom of the pool is littered with rubbish 5. There is a bakery in the foyer...on asking about some of the cakes, the man working there told me he didn't know anything about anything! 6. There is a handy convenience store in the foyer, the man working in this one grabbed the money out of my husband's hand when he was paying 7. You can wait a lifetime for a lift to arrive at your floor! 8. The safe is the room didn't work. 9. Cleaning was sadly sporadic in the room... however, when cleaned it was to a high standard Positives: 1. We had a club room. The club floor access is great and the breakfast was very good. 2. Big rooms, with comfortable beds and high powered shower. We have previously lived in KL and travelled extensively...sadly, we would neither recommend nor return to this hotel. It has the markings of a nice hotel to stay but their service is just way below par.

I had a wonderful stay at the Impiana. I reserved the club lounge premier room and was upgraded to a suite. I highly recommend paying the extra for a club lounge. The lounge is excellent. We ended up just hanging around the hotel much more than we had planned to.The pool has a great view and is only sunny from around 11:30 to 3:30. I enjoyed sitting by the pool when it wasn't sunny. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The best part of an overall wonderful experience though is the location. No hotel has a better location. Thank you for a great relaxing stay. I will be back.

What rather affected by power shut down. On 28/3 and only being notified the day before. Got stucked at the L13 lift lobby - warm and hot. Quite thankful to get the fireman lift after almost 45mins waiting. Staff are all very polite.
