KLセントラルからMRTやモノレールとつながるブキッ・ビンタン駅に近く、またパビリオン直近。KLCCにも徒歩15分程度でロケーションが良い。部屋は広くバスタブあり。チェックインスタッフはフレンドリーだったが、早朝のチェックアウト時は眠たげで、確認が済むと、右手人差し指をハネて去れとの態度だった。

A very central hotel within KLCC, and all that there is to offer. Breakfast choices were extensive and tasty. The pool provided welcome relief from the heat, and the gym looks quite well set up. I'd be happy to stay again.

1.地點很好,Good 2.服務人員親切,Good 3.打掃人員有時會忘記補充備品、毛巾,Bad 4.每日可送洗三件衣物很棒,Good 5.早餐好吃,但是變化不大,Normal 5.明明就還有許多房間,卻幫我安排在最低樓層,以及電梯機房旁邊....,Very Bad 二十四小時電梯運轉,噪音非常大聲,還有牆壁震動,讓我非常難以入眠。 冷氣控制是有問題的,只可以調整風量大小,溫度卻是無法控制,非常的冷,關掉又很熱,讓我睡得很差,我也因此感冒發燒。

場所は言わずもがな本当に便利なところで、ブキビンタンを楽しみたい人にはいいホテルだと思います。設備や建物は全体的に少し古いものの、清潔感があってよかったです。ただし付近が渋滞しすぎるのでグラブをあまり使えないことは少しマイナスかも知れません(計算が立たない)。チェックアウト後は少し優しさが減り、着替える部屋を要求したけどないと言われた。あとは部屋のトイレのウォシュレットが壊れていたのが残念。ランドリーの1日3点無料、チェックイン時のフルーツサービス、冷蔵庫の飲み物無料は助かったです。
