Hence this review is for English speaking audience, my advise is not to go there unless you want to experience something truly Soviet-style vacation. Even though the place is almost new, the facilities are so strangely outdated: elevators take ages to arrive, the corridors are long and feel like a maze. The layout of the building is very strange and uncomfortable. The pool and the sauna/turkish baths are not bad, but to get there is an unpleasant adventure - 15 flight of stairs and multiple doors. Breakfast is vast, but again very soviet-style, not for a gourmet type. I came in the off ski season, I suppose the hotel is nicely located for that.

Dear Ekaterina, we would like to extend our sincerest apologies due to the disappointments you have experienced during your stay with us. We are currently replacing elevators with more modern ones. In the nearest future, our guests will appreciate them.
The concept of our hotel is aimed at restoring. Nowadays, such destinations are gaining popularity amongst sophisticated guests, maybe that's why it seemed to you that it has a Soviet style.
Spa center is located on 1st floor the way lies through a library, medical center and stairs. Unfortunately, we are not able to change the logistics of the building, but we tried to ease the navigation as much as possible by marking the way with navigation lines and signs.
But nevertheless, one thing we can assure you that we are always seeking for every opportunity to try the best to make each of our guest stay to be a pleasant memory. We are sincerely looking forward to your visit again in the near future.
Best regards, Guest Relations
