Gutes Business-Hotel an sehr guter zentraler Lage!
Wir waren zwei Tage für geschäftliche Zwecke in Hongkong und haben die hohe Servicequalität und das zuvorkommende Personal sehr geschätzt. Zimmer waren gross, modern eingerichtet. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

Blick auf die Skyline von Hongkong. Relativ kleine Zimmer Platz bei großen Koffern. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut und reichhaltig und lohnt sich sehr. Als Ausgangspunkt für eine Sightseeingtour ideal gelegen.

There’s no hair conditioner in the room, but the janitors didn’t check to refill it. The lobby staffs were not very friendly while answering requests such as late checkout when you were not able to accommodate. Wished to have a late checkout but was told that the hotel was full house… Will not stay with Sheraton Tsim Sha Tsui again…

The hot water was not consistent. The first day it was very hot, and a light touch of the facet would change the temperature a lot. Some days the water was so cold I have to turn it all the way up. It was very inconsistent throughout my stay.

We had an amazing time at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers. The hotel is in a prime location, close to the MTR station, the ferry terminal, and the shopping and dining options of Tsim Sha Tsui. The room was elegant, cozy, and well-equipped, with a large window overlooking the Victoria Harbour an incredible view. The staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with a wide range of choices. The Sky Lounge was a great place to chill out and enjoy watching the symphony of sounds without the hustle and bustle. I would definitely stay here again for my next holiday in Hong Kong. It is a wonderful hotel and the location is a huge plus.

Nice view and location but rooms are lacking
Enjoyed the view of the room and loved the location. However, the rooms were not clean and had to tell them to clean up. Also, I paid for an additional guest but the room weren't set up accordingly. They definitely need to vacuum the carpet because it wasn't clean underneath the beds. They provided us with 2 shampoos in the bathroom. They need to pay attention to the details. This hotel doesn't feel like a 5 stars hotel. I am not certain if I would recommend people to stay at this hotel.
