Personal durchwegs sehr höflich und hilfsbereit! Die "A la Cart" Restaurants sind super toll! Auch die Strandbar. Der Strand ist sauber und das Wasser glasklar! Wer es ruhig will, ist in dieser Familienanlage am falschen Ort.

Toll für Familien. Wunderbarer Strand, der u.a. zum schnorcheln einlädt. Neben Mittelmeermuränen, Oktopussen, Barakudas lassen sich eine weitere Vielfalt bunter Meeresbewohner bewundern.
Die Essensauswahl ist sehr vielfältig. Jedoch ist es im Hauptrestaurant relativ laut und hektisch. Die ala card Restaurants sind da wesentlich entspannter. Uneingeschränkt weiter zu empfehlen.

Die Aufenthalt bei Norida war super. Das Familie Zimmer mit Meerblick war perfekt.

Es war ein entspannter Urlaub mit Kinder. Wunderschöne poolanlage und der Strand auch sehr schön.

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen.
Das Essen sowie die Getränke sind besonders hervorzuheben.
Jedoch sind das Restaurant sowie auch die Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen und könnten eine Renovierung vertragen.
Die Animation für Kinder muss dringend ausgebaut werden.

Wie kann das ein 5-Sterne hotel sein? Zusammengefasst würde ich nie wieder hier hin da gibt es viel bessere Hotels in Kos. Unten die Details:
- Die Unterkunft ist veraltet und im Zimmer hört man alles vom Flur.
- Das Personal spricht mittelmässiges Englisch und ist teilweise sehr unfreundlich.
- Beim Check-in und auf dem Zimmer gibt es keine Informationen über die Anlage oder eine Karte vom Hotel.
- Der Service ist unpersönlich und mussten oft etwa 30 Minuten warten, bis wir bedient wurden.
- Das Wasser und die Eiswürfel schmeckten extrem stark nach Chlor. Bin kein Gesundheitsexperte aber das ist definitiv zu viel.
- Wenn man kein Frühaufsteher ist bekommt man keine Liege am Pool. Um 7 Uhr sind bereits alle besetzt von schlafenden Familienvätern und dem Personal ist das völlig egal.
- Die Hotel eigenen Restaurants sind im all-inclusive inbegriffen, jedoch muss man da weeit im voraus reservieren. Wir haben das beim Check-in erfahren und konnten für die gesamte Woche einen Platz reservieren, da alles schon ausgebucht war.
- „Pizzeria“ am Meer ist ein sehr kleiner take-away, bei dem wir nie etwas bekommen haben weil wir jedes mal 30 Minuten auf die nächste Pizza warten mussten.
- Das Eis bei der Creperie ist ungeniessbar und hatte eine sandige Konsistenz. Somit ist es entweder seit jahren im gefrierer oder die Kühlkette wurde nicht eingehalten.
- Das Buffet war immer gleich und absoluter durchschnitt.
Das Wasser am Strand ist sehr schön.
Die Pools sind schön.
