I am happy to know that you as a family enjoyed your stay with us but also sorry to hear about the third bed that was not to size. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience you had re this matter. The issue around the free transport is unfortunately not in our hands to control as the resort itself does not have long tail boats. They all belong to the local boat owners on the islnd. We make use of them to try and assist the local boat owners as it is their only source of an income.
