A nice property which is new to the market by two years, well positioned and the brand is well known. I do however detect that bookings made with these brands, and not just Radison, via the third-party applications like Expedia and Hotels.com that the bookings are pushed to the bottom of the rooming list when room allocations are made and as a consequence you do not get rooms that have decent views et cetera et cetera you get the rooms which are less desirable.......because I have used a lot of these type of hotels over the last months and I always feel that because you didn’t book direct with the property, or with the group concerned, and that you use the third-party application where of course the rates are much keener you’re not accorded the same status as a guest who is paying full rack rate - I could of course be completely wrong.
