Be assured that this is not the kind of service we would like to offer any of our customers and I understand your disappointment. This is surely a first-time occurrence, we spoke to the concerned team and they confirmed to us there was an incorrect input of information into our systems resulting with them allocating you rooms that were not yet up to standard. It’s also very unfortunate that you found your sweater had shrunk after the laundry services. It was an unfortunate mishap, we are sincerely sorry. I do apologize if you felt our team had no urgency in fixing any of these issues. I do not believe they acted this way on purpose but for whatever the reason I can fully understand it was uncomfortable from your viewpoint and you can be rest assured this issue will be investigated to avoid recurrence. we do appreciate your feedback as it enables us to improve our standards. Surprising to read that you was not aware that our establishment has a beautifully appointed Spa which is on the ground floor near the Wellness Center.
