All was nice and perfect, just Wi-Fi in room was to low. Good service, good food, very nice pool. We was very satisfied.

Gut: Größe der Zimmer, Außenanlagen
Nicht so gut: für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ( nach angaben vor Ort 5 Sterne ) geschultes Personal einsetzen
Lage: 30 km östlich vor Kiew, auf dem Hotelgelände befinden sich Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten,
für weitere Unternehmungen sollte mann nach Kiew fahren
Unfreundliches Personal bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, Frühstück sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn Angebote vom Frühstücksbuffet aus sind wird nur schleppend oder gar nicht nachgelegt,

We stay for one night and went "all out" in terms of spa treatments and dinner and you name it.
I found it to be well worth the $. Even in mid-winter.

Worse than what I expected
Veröffentlicht am 07.10.2021 auf HotelsThe resort did not live up to my expectations. The facilities are showing their age and prices are ridiculously high. It is not an “oasis” in the middle of a forest, as the burgeoning small city of Irpin is encroaching on the property from all sides. Restaurant food is overpriced for its quality and the free breakfast is very unappetizing. The breakfast is exactly the same every day and is not tasty. Both “warm” food and “cold” food are the same room temperature. The only good aspect of the resort is the helpful and friendly staff. I don’t recommend this resort and spa.

Great Spa but let down by little things

1) No coffee in the rooms only Tea, I am a morning coffee man and is very important to my routine, there only answer was to use room service.
2) On the room booking it does not say does not include Spa access until you have booked when it says it, why would i visit a Spa resort and not want the spa access. It was not exactly a cheap room cost.
Woudl expect more from an expensive resort for Ukraine

Great weekend stay

The only drawback is that there is no iron in the rooms. You have to use the laundry service if you need to iron something which is not good for a 5 star hotel
